Enjoyed lunch here yesterday. Ordered their Street Taco’s. Delicious! And beverage that I can’t remember the name of? But it was a lemonade type adult beverage with Strawberry Puree, garnished with fresh Basil and a Lemon Slice. Perfectly paired with my food!
Excellent service. Great atmosphere.

Fantastic service, extremely welcoming, very clean, but the food was outstanding!
When I walked in the door with my 3 kids I had a feeling we were in for something special. My 6yo daughter immediately beamed a bright smile and said, “something smells delicious”
The old time photos sparked great conversations. The washrooms were clean and tidy. Menu was diverse and had family friendly prices for the kids.
Really looking forward to a return visit so we can explore the menu options further!

Such a great little place food is amazing! They cook the steak perfect! And their draft root beer is so smooth. Worth the price and the little drive it takes to get there. Their bbq sauce was so good aswell i usually dont like bbq sauce but i couldnt get enough of it here. Definately me and my fiances new favorite spot!!!!

My family went to the Mint yesterday for breakfast and it was amazing. This is new offering from them and they are doing great. They dont serve run of the mill breakfast food (ie: bisquick, flimsy microwaved bacon, etc); it’s more of an elevated breakfast. The menu is small, which was appreciated, but it is full of really fantastic food. They don’t have a kid’s menu but that wasn’t an issue for us – our kids (4 & 16 months) just shared the french toast with a side of scrambled eggs. My husband had the steak with eggs and breakfast potatoes (which were DELICIOUS) and I had the huevos rancheros. Everything was so good and our server was attentive and very friendly (I wish I could remember her name). My only constructive feedback would be to have a spoon for the coffee so people dont need to use their fork or knife to mix their sugar and cream. We look forward to going back!
We got there around 930am on a Saturday and there were only two people at the bar and when we left there were two people at the bar and one table that was sat. Not busy at all but I imagine as it more people learn about it, it will get busier.

A solid burger and fries hit the spot after skiing mashed potatoes at Crystal. Nice ambiance, tasty food, quick service.

The service was excellent, attentive, timely, and kind smiling faces. The food was overpriced imo. It was good but for four sandwhiches, 4 drinks and one side was $128. I did like the inside seating areas, the outdoor seating areas and the variety of menu items including beer. It’s louder inside due to small space.

We love it here and have been coming for years! I love that the new owners source their products locally to support the local economy. They were really accommodating for my gluten intolerance too! The food is always great with a wonderful atmosphere and fantastic service!

I had high hopes for this place, since so many locals recommend it but it was just not it. We came in on a Friday night when it was extremely busy. I will say, that shouldn’t be an excuse for failing to do the bare minimum as a restaurant, knowing the location (being prepared and planning ahead). We were near the front and about 10 minutes had passed before the waitress came and got our order. The tables were a sticky mess and the floors needed to be cleaned. I must mention that we were a table of two but EVERYONE was asking to take our extra chairs which just was rude and weird. I ordered an old fashioned and it was just okay. Ordered poutine and it was a sloppy mess and came with melted cheese on top instead of your typical cheese curds. I feel like the whole night the crew was all over the place, not knowing what was happening and didn’t care. Everything was not worth what we paid for. Not sure if we will give this place another chance.

Great food and fast friendly service. I had the French dip and it was fantastic – probably the best I have ever had. I usually avoid French dips when eating out because of too many disappointments over the years at multiple restaurants. They tend to have meat that is tough, dried out, and stringy and are served with a miniscule cup of au jus. This one from the Mint was great. Moist juicy meat, grilled onions, mushrooms, and a slab of melted swiss cheese on a bun that didn’t fall apart during the dipping process. It was served with a generous amount of au jus. Wow! My wife had the burger special and it was also very tasty. Well worth the trip.

Nice place, historic. I’m not sure why areas of the bar are chained off, maybe it gets crazy later in the evening. Nice selection of beer, 27 taps when I stopped in. Service was good. Flights are $10.00 for four 4 oz glasses. I think the food is expensive, but the prices may be normal around here. I had the chicken tenders and fries and it was very good.
