Accidentally rolled into Eat’n Park because my buddy thought it was a buffet. Great mistake on his part because Eat’n park was phenomenal. Good food, great prices, and an incredible staff. Not sure how the restaurant was before last year’s renovations but right now, it is SPOTLESS. I was shocked with how clean the restaurant was that I even took a picture of the table light so you guys could see it. Had the chicken parmagiana, and then our waitress Gianna made us some desserts. Gianna is incredible!! She was very kind and attentive. She even helped us in finding a hotel to stay the night because we didn’t know where to go. I have to try the breakfast buffet that they have when I come back into town.

First time at the location. All staff members were amazing. Place was super clean. Salad bar was fresh and also felt sanitized. A four star on food because it’s basic food… nothing exceptional here but it was all fresh, cooked perfectly and tasted good. I’ll be back.

I didn’t even eat it looked so gross dishes were dirty. Workers were SO nice. I only went there to eat not have dirty dishes. My moms food looked gross. Place was clearly clean other then the dishes. All of my parents and mine and my sisters dishes looked weird and there was a little of mold. I don’t recomnd to go to eat. Only go to see the staff. Oh and my sister didn’t get all of her food because the worker though she only wanted fries.

We arrived after 8 p.m. for a group of 6 to eat. The waiter started off good. However, after our food was ordered things went down hill. No refills were offered due to the waiter not returning to the table. Then once he delivered meals for all but 1 person he never came back. We could see him doing stuff with the other wait staff in their area. One person got up and asked a waitress for the mayonnaise for her sandwich that was requested when she ordered and then she said we were still missing a meal q0 plus minutes after our meal was delivered. She got the meal. Then we asked her for refills. Now the missing waiter of course, made an appearance for the bill to be paid. He never brought us the containers we requested. Since his presence at our table was sparse I just walked up and picked up a few.

I usually never have a bad experience here and especially not on a Saturday, but today was polar opposite. First of all, our waitress, Emily, was extremely slow, she took way too long, she had checked on us once, dropped our check off not even a minute after we got our food and then proceeded to ignore us. My tea was never refilled once, my eggs were far too undercooked and I got food that I didn’t even order. When we actually went to check out when we were done, Emily sat and talked to who I assume was a coworker for 15 minutes before picking up our check. Ironic for how quickly she dropped it off. The funniest part about our interaction was that she didn’t even ring up the right check! Our check number was 7116 and she rang us out for 7114.
All in all, I’ve never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with the service we received today. Definitely will be requesting a different waitress next time.

I’ve eaten at this location 3 times. This last time will be my last time. The service was absolutely horrible and the food was less than subpar. I think that’s bacon in the pictures as it was under cooked and over cooked at the same time. The wait was well over 25 minutes for eggs and pancakes. The ladies were all in a big pack just talking away instead of helping anyone and it was NOT busy at all. Sorry not sorry

Said bar was fresh and delicious, our waitress was an absolute diamond so handled by BF who frustrates most with grace and charm. This though sad to say was the hight light chicken parm was burnt along with the sauce. And the bacon cheese fries where just blah! Would stop again to have a laugh with our waitress just would stick with coffee and salad. They advertise “milk shake bar” and they don’t even have anything to spice them up on the holiday….lol! Cheers to our waitress who we will leave nameless, hope to see you again next time in from NC!
