Waited over an hour to get food. My husband got his first. I waited another 20 minutes before I got mine. Our server kept apologizing for the wait. People next to us waited so long for their food that they had to get theirs to go. They kept saying how busy they were,yet only the bar side was open. It was a Wed at 12:30. Not a particularly busy time. Never have I been this disappointed in lunch service.

I do not like to give negative reviews. It was 4th of July but this place was a disaster. From the first gal who served us then the next two after that to the food and drinks just not good. I truly hope this isn’t how this place is all the time. Was brought an overflowing milkshake and no napkins. The appetizer was probably the best part of this experience.

Applebee’s has very much tanked in their quality of food and service. Both burgers for my husband and myself were charred to a crisp to the point that the meat was scraping our lips as we tried eating them. We both requested that they both be pink in the middle. And my “lettuce wrap burger” had a bun on it. My child’s Kids Cheesy Pizza was even burnt over the top. Both side salads looked horrible like someone just sloppily threw the ingredients in the container. This establishment needs to hire actual cooks who know what they’re doing with food. If they are hard up for money and truly don’t care about their customers, they should just say that. That was the most overpriced pile of garbage I have ever ordered from any restaurant in my 46 years of existence and I’m truly being nice.

This was definitely okay. I had the sirloin steak, salad and mashed potatoes. It was cooked correctly and tasted good. My wife had the Oriental chicken salad and enjoyed it as well. As an added bonus I tried a local root beer – so all good.
The service was fast and friendly and the are definitely taking the right precautions for cleanliness and social distancing.

Last time I was here maybe it was too busy, but my service wasn’t as good. Because of Micah, I came back to give a good review. He was very attentive, polite and friendly, even while training another employee. We got steak, the fiesta lime chicken and mozzarella sticks and of course a tipsy cupid or two. The drinks were delicious and food was good. I plan to come back if I can request Micah as my server!

This location was excellent; my food was on point and tasted terrific. My server Sonja was such a bubbly personality and very good at her job. Her customer service is wonderful. I ordered the Parmesan Steak and Shrimp it was great. I recommend this location if you’re looking for a spot to eat. If I’m back in town, the to go to.

Ordered the two for $25 meal. Our appetizer came out fine. Then our food came out. I had ordered the chicken parm fettuccine, which came out with penne noodles. I let that slide, but then I took a bite and it was barely warm so I sent it back. By the time they brought a new plate out to me my partner was done eating. So I spoke to the manager and told her I no longer wanted it because my partner was finished eating. Really no point in dining out if you can’t enjoy the meal together. So the manager agreed to take it off of our bill. The bill was more expensive because she charged us full price for the appetizer and his meal. Are you kidding me? Typically, you’d comp for the appetizer or something. She clearly needs more training. We will definitely not return to this place.

We were in Watertown for a Soccer tournament and in between game went for lunch, it wasn’t packed but it took over 40 minutes to get our salad ( that had way to much dressing,) and the rest of the food was lukewarm, I asked for more lettuce to mix with the dressing and the rest we just ate as fast as we could as not to be late for our next game. I won’t eat at this specific Applebees again.
