Have to say..top five worst steaks i have had..amd went solely for the steak. I ordered the Rid Steak medium rare and it was very poorly prepared. Below average flavor and a cut that was full of fat/marbling which i adore had it been not nearly raw. Hard to cut..larger but entirely a terrible cut no doubt. I ate four bites and advised i did not care for it with no alteration in overall price for a $35 steak that was sent back. I do have to say the Mac and cheese was so perfect..noodle structure..very creamy and full of flavor and character…so very very well done. Worth the $3 upcharge hands down. The fries were good and a life saver as I ate that and the Mac and cheese for dinner. Bartender was attentive until the second beer as I ordered another IPA and was given a Coors Light..all good..its a beer. I will not be returning and advise you to go into Ellensburg and drive right past this place..unless of course you want to be ripped off for a marginal steak.

On Sunday, Aug. 3, I ate at the W.C. Roadhouse Grill with my dad and brother as we traveled from Seattle to Spokane after a Mariners game. It is a clean, large restaurant with plenty of booth and table top seating.
I ordered the bacon cheeseburger while my dad and brother each ordered wraps. The burger came with colossal-style french fries that were delicious. The burger itself was okay—cooked a little too well done for me. It was a tad on the small size too for a $17.50 price. My dad and brother both liked their wraps but my brother said it wasn’t wrapped very well.
Really appreciated the job that our server, Olga, did. She was pleasant, efficient, and accurate. Due to the pretty robust menu and the comfortable/spacious interior, I would return to the Roadhouse.

We were attending a convention for Agriculture conference in town and they provided a special few pounds for the entrées. The food was great. Ambience is good. Parking is free. Restrooms are clean. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and my wife got the mandarin salad. Our other colleagues got superduper steaks that were huge. We really recommend this place to others

Five stars isn’t enough for this place. Our server Kass was incredible from start to finish. Friendly, patient, checked on us at all the right times and made the whole meal feel relaxed and fun. The manager, Chelsea, was just as great. She stopped by the table, chatted with us and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed or forced.
And the steak… hands down the best I’ve ever had. Cooked exactly right, full of flavor and honestly worth coming back for all on its own.
Everyone was kind, the vibe was chill, and the service made us feel like regulars on our first visit. Already planning my next trip back.

New Year’s Day: not only were they open, but the food was also delicious and the service was impressive! Got there a bit early for the dinner menu, but they were able to accommodate that anyway.
Felt well tended to, but given enough space to eat and talk. We will sit in the bar area the next time so it is more to our atmosphere liking. Happier with all adults than a family restaurant. (Good to have both options though, right?!?)
We had Crispy Deviled Eggs, ribs (not pictured), and sirloin. Great meal. We will return.

We came into Roadhouse for dinner tonight, and I first have to say the staff was great, but especially Chelsea. She had such genuine happy personality, and checked on our table along with our server. All this while it was super busy. I think there was a huge party going in the back corner. The food was amazing as always. It was definitely different vibes coming in this week comparatively to past experience. Will be back with more friends!

We came in on a busy night, we only had to wait about 15mins to get our seats. The service was good, the food was good. Portions were above average considering these days we’re in with inflation. The reason they didn’t get a 5 star review, nothing was really over the top, the food or the service. I think when you have folks spending $100 plus dollars a table, you have to give them that little bit extra service to make them feel good for spending that dollar. This could be easy a 5 star restaurant, maybe we caught them on a down night.

We Really appreciate how flexible they are with substitutions,but they do charge quite a bit extra for them, so be aware and definitely ask if you are on a budget exactly how much more the substitutions will cost. That said, they’ve got excellent food and a lovely, clean restaurant. Nice bathrooms, Waitress & service was excellent. Great screens for the sports watching. Very roomy place as well.

We came around 8:53pm and they were closing at 9pm! Our server Dalton was such a great help and served us with amazing delicious food even though we came so last minute. It was our first time here and he was the best!! Steak was cooked perfect too (thank you chefs for cooking for us so last min!), we love it and will come back for sure!

Food, service, cleanliness, employees is a 5 stars. Definitely coming back. Our waitress definitely made our night. She was our bartender and Waitress what a great service sadly I forgot her name. She made a perfectly drinks and recommended a very similar beers to what we usually drink.
Highly recommended this place.
