The Popeyes in Clermont is truly on a different level. The difference between this location and the ones in Orlando is day and night. This store is spotless, the atmosphere feels welcoming from the moment you walk in, and the staff is genuinely kind and willing to serve you. The food is prepared in a timely manner and always comes out fresh and delicious. The team here pays attention to detail, keeps the dining area clean, and makes sure customers feel taken care of. This location has become my go to spot because they consistently deliver great service and great food.

I have to say I am a absolute tog Popeyes however tonight when me and my family went to go pick up our order (60$+-) the lady at the drive thru speaker was absolutely rude , almost to the point we wanted to cancel the meal and find a different place to go to eat dinner. I understand that working drive-thru can be stressful however customers shouldn’t be made to feel that changing their order details because certain items weren’t not marked in their website as “out of stock” is something they should be ashamed of . The girl had a very bad tone of voice almost like a “ hurry up so I can go home attitude” , I am hoping that Popeyes doesn’t condone this type of customer service . We are very much supporters of Popeyes and would like to be able to continue eating from your establishment.

Chicken always tasty, moist. Never dry or overly brown. The biscuit I crave. To me the gravy is superior to the plain brown gravy of other places. Popeyes coupons are plentiful & their reward app is nice.

I went through the drive-through and had great service. Originally ordered a 10 piece and the employee suggested the 12 piece deal because it was cheaper. So I was definitely happy with the service. When We got to the window. They had us pull forward for 10 minutes. Afterwards, they brought out the chicken. My drive home is about 25 minutes. I opened the box after about 10 minutes in the car and I noticed the chicken is barely warm. Which is very odd to me if we pulled forward for 10 minutes for the chicken not to be hot. As I looked at the chicken, there was dark spots in the chicken. As if it had been sitting in the window or either was re-dropped for our order. With me having the knowledge that I have in the food industry, that is disgusting And tasteful. With us being that far, we did not turn around. But I did want to write this review for anybody planning to go to this Popeyes don’t even waste your time. Or if you do, make sure that you check your order before you leave. The service is great, but the food quality was very poor.

I stopped into Popeyes to get the famous chicken bc I was so hungry from a long day of work. Ordered a 24 piece nugget and a family size fries.
Thinking it was going to be quick and I’d get my food within a reasonable time, that was far from it.
Patiently looking at the baskets filled with chicken, I was hoping to eat sooner than later.
Well, the cashier looked lost the whole time?? As if she was lacking training or work ethic? People were getting their food that came after me. I knew something was wrong.
After waiting over 34 minutes to get what I was staring at this whole time before placing my order, I finally received it. Looking for napkins and utensils,there were none available.
After pulling out into heavy, heavy, heavy, traffic, I got so hungry that I had to eat some of my fresh food.. It was then I realized that my fries were soggy, old tasting, my nuggets looked hard, dark as if it was laying in grease..
I used the ONLY TWO NAPKINS Y’ALL GAVE ME HIDDEN INSIDE THE BAG

Worst Popeyes in America. You walk in and nobody even acknowledges you for 15 minutes. Cars lined up people waiting 30+ min on food they ordered ahead of time on the app. Worst service you could imagine. Food is good if you want to wait 30 min for it and get cold sides. And then when you finally get your food and leave they forgot or messed up half your order and you call and nobody answers. Have called 15 times and will not stop. Save yourself 30+ minutes and go to a different Popeyes

The first thing the company needs to do is fire everyone in this store and hire new and responsible staff. The hours the store opens and closes are up to the employees, I have been there a couple of times and I see there staff inside it says the store is open but the doors are locked. You knock or bang on the window and you get ignored. I do Uber eats delivery and I’ve had to cancel orders from this place because it says it’s open but it’s not. Most of the time they don’t have the items you order,they never get the stuff you asked for correct. When you finally get your order the chicken is always room temperature

The staff is so helpful, especially for a first-time customer. The food is always HOT and delicious as well as the desserts. We have come back a few times now. The chicken sandwich is out of this world and you can ask for it mildly and spicy. Yummy!!
