Going out on a late drive and wanted to grab a quick bite in the drive thru. Service was fast but there was a long wait for just 2 mcchickens. Once I got home I noticed that one of them had weird black ashes or something. Not sure if where they clean the bread needs some cleaning but was honestly disappointed.

Even though I didn’t end up receiving the breakfast I ordered because it was canceled when the system switched over to lunchtime, I still had a great experience thanks to the outstanding customer service. Gloria Gonzales was incredibly attentive, patient, and understanding of the situation. She took the time to explain what happened and made sure I received a refund without any hassle. Her professionalism and genuine care truly stood out and turned what could have been a frustrating moment into a positive one. This is exactly the kind of service I hope for at restaurants where I choose to eat. Thank you, Gloria, for your excellent service!

Every time I get food here something is wrong. I haven’t written a review yet. I figured maybe it was an off day. Out of 10 orders 8 are wrong. Happy meals wrong, go to pick up orders the staff is rude when i ask who do I ask about my pick up, my order is right there and they just walk away. Monopoly codes missing. Purposely ordered certain things for the Monopoly go. It’s a complete joke. Order a 20 piece nugget only 16 in it. I tried to give multiple chances and I’m done

This McDonald’s is not giving you your Monopoly Peels, so if you’re coming here for that don’t bother. Also, the soda machine does not have CO2 so the soda is just water with food coloring I guess. Haven’t gotten a decent soda here a while.

Wow, First I get a new girl by herself to get my order.. sure it happens. I go take my kid to go to the toilet. No TP! I tell an employee, and she tells me theres no more, since people take it and they lost the key. It looked like no one tried to help, I guess cleaning my kid with napkins it is……smh. Just put some paper in the bathrooms, and remove your soda dispenser if you’re not gonna allow refils

Ordered thru the automated system and got my order pretty quick. Then, I placed a second order thru the app and requested table service. They really do not do it. They call out your name. My family member had to bring me my food and tell me it was just sitting there. I said that is not table service. Also, since when did this location stop offering free refills? It just has a sign to use the other side and then neither works. Not even water. Only Ice. Definitely disappointed.

I let this McDonald’s slide on messing up my order the first few times, 3 times they had me waiting out there for 20 mins or more for a frappe and it would’ve been longer if I hadn’t marched in there to complain and ask about my order and why all these cars are getting there order before me.

The McDonald’s app says this location is open 24 hours, but I’ve gone several times to pick up orders, both as a customer and as an Uber Eats driver, at 2 PM, and they wouldn’t serve me, claiming it was closed. I don’t understand, is it or isn’t it open 24 hours?

Drive thru got my order wrong the girl didn’t even know what she was doing. I went inside to get my fries and drink that I was missing and they took like 10 minutes but had 3 people just standing around doing nothing
