Just picked up food from this place.
Never again.
Thankfully my husband opened my order there at the restaurant and he saw that the only gave me a couple of fries even though my order came with TWO sides (both sides i chose fries which common sense would mean too put double the fries). They gave me tops 10 little fries.
Then we saw the joke of a size of tenders they gave me. Its basically a boneless wing!
They gave me four of the smallest tenders i have seen!
$15 for this is insane! I added a picture so you can see the reference of size of these ‘tenders’ that they gave me.
(Yes the piece on the left counted for ONe WHOLE tender!)

I get that I didn’t eat inside and chose to place my order online for pick up, but I think the quality of food should be the same whether I sit in or take it to go. I always eat in so the food is always good, but not Togo. Half the food was missing the sauce. And half the chicken was raw. Very disappointing

Lets talk about the “BEST” Customer Services in Grand Prarie. Our servers name was Ashley. She has a great smile and she knows the menu well. Our next server is aka (New Jersey) Alyssa is also outstanding at her job. Don’t forget the Manger Ms. Rachael. I can tell when a business is ran very well. The manager is happy and the associates are wonderful. They get a 10 for Excellent Customer Services. Tell KD said what up! Great spot to eat and chill. Tips are a must for great customer service. Say less.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this chilis tonight. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the waitstaff, and Ashley took exceptional care of us. She had great suggestions and made sure we had everything we needed including refills ! The manager even came out to check on our table, which was such a thoughtful touch — enjoyed as expected!

Like who gives a customer crumbs of chips. Then all the paprika on my pasta is crazy. Staff horrible as well. I wasn’t greeted when I come on, then waited 7 mins before anyone came to service me after they’ve looked @ me & walked past me several times. Even mgmt here sucks. I’ll be driving to the N. Collins loc from now on.

We were seated quickly although I requested a booth but only a half booth/table was available. It took some time for the server to finally greet and take orders. The wait time on the meal felt exceptionally long but that seems to be on par for this location for some reason. The server was friendly but was hard to find for refills.
The chips and queso appetizer was seasoned just right. The burger and fries also tasted good and portioned well.
There seemed to be a number of birthday celebrations throughout the meal so the atmosphere was louder than expected. The inside temperature was cold when the air was on so having a jacket on hand is recommended.

Great customer service! I asked for an accommodation that they don’t typically do, but they helped me out in a time of need! My food was the perfect temperature and my drink was nice and cold and refreshing.! Jairo was awesome and did not make me feel like a burden with my request.

Went for my sister’s birthday!!! She had a wonderful birthday and considering there were 17 of us, the wait wasn’t too long and the food came out relatively fast!! Im not sure what the waitresses names were but there were two that were fantastic that i met! One had cute pink hair, done up in a cute way (like pigtails or braids) with nails, she was a kind soul! And the other lady was out waitress for the table and she made sure we all got what we needed with care and made my sisters birthday special by getting as many as she could to do the clap thing, she had dark hair and a red jersey on, and this was on Dec 28th!

It’s a chain but there’s something for everyone, open later than 9, better than fast food, and these days about the same price. We ordered a drink, starter, and entree combo for just under $11 per person. There were fewer selections than I remembered and it used to be just under $10. The salads albeit small were fresh, topped with toppings, and the Old Timer Burger was hot and as good as expected, subbed broccoli for fries. The Chicken Sandwich was enviable and larger than expected, BBQ subbed for “special sauce”. We received a friendly greeting from the host, and server Nick was attentive. The manager checked on our table. Overall we were satisfied.
Reasons for 4 stars – another server brought the wrong drink and then she carried the salad bowls with her thumb inside the rim, because it’s a tiny bowl she was touching the salad. A small plate would be better than the cups imo. The dressing on the side spilled in and over the bowl and made a mess. The replacement drink was also not what ordered, but not sickening sweet as the first. The upholstery on the booths needs updated, my skin kept getting pinched in the cracks and the other side wasn’t any better.
