Small portions for the price got a drumstick and a thigh, cabbage was finely chopped, 2 plantain pieces I didnt know they could be sliced that thin lol, plenty of rice and beans tho!, flavor was ok but it also looks like this meal been sitting for a few days, after many stateside places and islands with jerk chicken meals, I don’t think I’ll be going back there again. Wanted to update to say some of my preferences are subjective.

I bought a beef patty and an oxtail dinner (rice and peas, cabbage, plantain and fried dumplings). It was delicious. The oxtail was tender and very flavorful. The beef patty was seasoned just right. My Jamaican mother was very pleased and she is very critical when it comes to Jamaican food.
We can’t wait to try the other dishes. I’m looking forward to putting in a catering order for Thanksgiving.
It is also in a great location off Transit rd with ample parking. Beautiful clean place with a great atmosphere. The staff/owner were very friendly and accommodating.

I bought a large oxtail and a mild beef patty and it came to $32 The axial came with four pieces which is not a lot for a large and I asked for gravy and I never got it The cabbage was not that flavorful and the rice and peas were okay but very dry due to their not being no gravy on there Will not go there again

From a chefs perspective, you shouldn’t put the patties on the microwave. Should be done in the oven where your get the nice flaky crust.

Food amazing, prices reasonable, quality is large and the customer service is AMAZING.
I was passing by when I noticed this restaurant & had to try it… It didn’t disappoint, the food is authentic & I am soooo happy I came across this restaurant, I haven’t been able to find a Jamaican restaurant around This area.
