Order through the mobile app late night.. fast food can be dicey this time of day but this McDonald’s get it right about 95% of the time and will fix it if it’s not. Never have to wait too long, and when I do the food comes out hot. They deserve the good ratings.

Zero customer service. They pass you from one person to another (six people), leaving you on hold for almost an hour to try to convince you that your order “didn’t go through” and that they didn’t charge for it. They take your phone to verify that you’re showing them the order confirmation in your email and that it’s not a screenshot. Finally, the first person holds out her arm to you with a bag, without saying anything.

Well maintained and clean.
Just like most of the McDonald’s this outlet was kept clean, staffs were busy taking orders and preparing food. Tables were empty but drive thru had many cars lining up.
Didn’t find any issues with food.

The workers try to cheat the system to have good drive thru times. They will make 4 or 5 cars park in.the spots one right after the other. I cannot remember the last time I got my food through the actual drive through window. Its getting ridiculous at this location. If the workers aren’t competent enough to be efficient with the making of the food then maybe its time for this location to hold a job fair and get new people who know what to do.

Don’t waste your money or time going to this location. I don’t understand what is so hard about giving the customer what they ordered I asked for a Big Mac meal with no Mac sauce not only did your employee at the 2nd window say this is the Big Mac with no Mac sauce and yet still get a Big Mac with Mac sauce on it the fries are cold. How is it this difficult to listen and do as your told.

Slowest drive thru, always makes me park and wait for my food no matter what I order while my lunch break is only 30 minutes. it’s ridiculous. I order on the app too, but at this McDonald’s it’s not much faster. the people are nice enough. just really slow
