At least this McDonald’s is consistent. Consistently the worst McDonald’s in the state. Chicken always like chewing on a Frisbee, burgers always cold, heck one time they didn’t even put meat on my two cheeseburgers. Its crazy McDonald’s can charge so much for inedible food.

Forced to use the kiosk. No customer service here. I could have ordered 3 times while i waited for the girl to help people at the kiosk. Walked out. McDonald’s is only about the money now. Not the customers. We have to do all the work and then pay the high price for their food.

Calvin the manger needs fired. Every single time they are managing something’s wrong. Your either waiting 50 minutes for your order or getting a complete liquid milkshake like we did tonight. I get how hard it is to do a shake right. All it was was shake mix and toppings. Worst McDonald’s experience to drink straight shake mix. Which we all know there will no be a refund or a proper replacement.

Not only is the place not up to food safety standards on account that I’ve witnessed one of the employee’s hand mix a mcflurry and getting her hand all in it while still giving it out, gross, but i think management themselfs treat there own employees like there not even people, this bearded person with a dark blue button down shirt on new years eve started yelling and berating at one of the other employees and it just made me feel sick to my stomach, ive also had to wait more then 10 – 30 minutes just for 2 sandwiches while out on curbside when its barely populated with other customers, absolutely ridiculous and shocking, whoever is running this building needs to be replaced or needs to do better

The drive through window is open 24hrs on Thursday through Saturday night. It’s great to have a place around here to get a cheeseburger or whatever else you want after you leave the casino at 2:30am. After playing all the games we were hungry for something to eat so I downloaded the app and we got are food and headed home. Thanks for being open 24hrs when we need you.

Haven’t been here in months because of being disappointed whenever I get my food . I even uninstalled my app. Tonight I decided to give it another shot and I downloaded the app again, but once again I’m disappointed. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe and I get a quarter pounder. The tag says what I ordered yet the burger is wrong as per usual.
