The store never can get my order right. Both my sandwich’s were messed up. Most of my order no sauce for my mozzarella sticks. I sat there for 25mins waiting for them to remake two sandwiches and get my missing items. My sons food is cold because of me waiting so long

We only ordered 2 corn dogs and 2 drinks. The guy brought out 2 corn dogs and 1 drink. He was going to take our cars inside, not a good idea! Don’t need someone writing down my card number, to pay for the other drink. We called for the manager and she read back the correct order but did nothing to accommodate us!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal with carmel iced coffee.
They forgot to add bacon to the burger so I asked them to bring some. What they brought out were overcooked bacon pieces.
They didn’t stir the iced coffee, so only the bottom had thick gobs of carmel (which I drank in the first 2 sips, so the rest of my cup had no caramel flavor.)

Don’t buy drinks. If you ask for diet you’ll get regular or regular and get diet it’s been bad for last 2+ years. We used to get cherry lime 1 to 2 times a day and they are messing up the orders. I have contacted them they surveys email and phone no change my daughter is diabetic no sugar means NO not regular drink we have wasted tons of money for nothing. I am 68, I have worked for and been going to Sonic rest my whole in Indiana, Texas and Illinois. This is the worst !!! I have lived here 25 yrs and never had this bad of service

Smashed burgers r so good. My daughter loves the chicken bacon ranch rap. Would have gave 5 stars but the order monitor was messed up so had a little trouble hearing us and they accommodated by coming out to take out order and then my card and bring it back but only thing that needed fixing. So over all great food and service.
