Update: 2/23/26 – Thank you, Marbella! The Cluck Sandwich that I have today is perfect! Very cripsy and fresh! And, it is not spicy!! Perfect taste and flavor. Glad I came back today to give the Cluck a chance to try it again!!

I ordered a regular Cluck Sandwich. Drove over 20 minutes there and back. Only to realize they packed a wrong and spicy sandwich that I couldn’t d eat.

Hi! I ordered Door Dash from this particular Jack in the Box location today off Hebron Pkway. I ordered a sourdough jack meal. This was the BEST sourdough jack that I have EVER had from Jack in the Box! So good that I tried calling the store to complement the chef. I didn’t get an answer, so I thought I would write a 5 star review! The sourdough was buttered and toasted perfectly! A lot of times when I order this burger the bread is just slightly overcooked. Not today! Whoever the chef is here is amazing! I just wanted to say keep up the good work. Jack in the box is lucky to have you. I may order this again tomorrow for lunch it was so good’

Good food but every time I order from here at the drive thru and it’s this one lady, probably a manager, she tries upgrading my meal to a large without even asking! And this time she even tried to charge me 50 cents extra for the specialty fries when I didn’t say anything about the fries. And when I said it’s just the regular fries she first assumed I meant extra fries when I didn’t. She also gives me too much ice for my soda. Either she tries to scam customers or she’s just really incompetent at this basic fast food job.

Guys Glenda G is such a nice person. She was nice even though she got cussed out by a rando and was working all around super stressful but still had time to smile at me . Food was amazing I love Jack in the Box so much. Would recommend.

Went through drive thru around 1:30 am I order classic tiny tacos and they charged me for sauced and loaded tiny tacos, what do you expect. He was to concerned about his phone call or whatever he was arguing about. there goes another fast food I’ll stay away from.

Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best places for fast food, and I always go here when I crave late-night food. As usual, jalapeño poppers they are my forever favorite, but this time, I tried a fish sandwich, and it was pretty good. I was starving,and I also ordered spicy chicken wraps I really like them staff is very friendly too

WORST location that I have ever been to!!! There was an older Hispanic lady working the drive thru an I asked for no ice in my drink, I watched her completely fill each cup with ice and when I told her that I didn’t want ice, she told me that I should’ve said something at the speaker. I did let her know at the speaker and she even repeated it to me twice. Then, instead of remaking my drinks she poured some of it out and still gave it to me with ice. When I pointed it out again, she argued with me about it, so I just took my food and left. Worst experience at a jack in the box ever!!!

For fake food the price just isn’t right too high, like McDonald’s & all the other fake food restaurants. This one has particularly horrible customer service. When the service is bad, the food usually is too so we drove off
