Ordered the beef and chedder classic with a large sweet tea. The sandwich is right but the sweet tea didnt taste right. Called and talked to a manager and she said it was because they were low on sweet tea. The tea tasted like either very watered down tea or unsweet tea. She didnt offer to fix it just said they were out of sweet tea. If you know your getting low make more simple fix or tell the customer we are low would you like something else

The food was really good. I really like that they have crinkle cut fries now but nothing beats the curly fries . The meals were good and the service was nice they just didn’t give us condiments they said we had to ask for them. They didn’t even give us napkins. The lobby still isn’t open.

Slow service, with several staff inside. And please, save your money & don’t try the “steak bites”, dry & over priced nuggets. Go to Perry’s Barbecue instead! The only thing you can always count on is the roast beef sandwich.

Get my order home with literally the top bun missing. If I live in town I’d be going back right now! This place sucks. Service has been slow for months. I feel this was on purpose. I order a large, got a medium cup, large fry and jacked up sandwich. You don’t accidentally forget the top.

The crew here does a great job. Tammie helped me change my order without a hassle. The French dip is amazing; I really enjoy how the cheese seems to melt again when you dip the sandwich in the juice. The store was very clean.

We were super impressed with our visit to this Arby’s! It’s way better than ours at home. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was so fresh and good, and clean! (The sandwiches weren’t sloppy and thrown together) The French fries were crispy and hot and the mozzarella was hot and stringy! The restaurant was clean (we did have to clean off a table to eat at but the restaurant was fairly busy and had many families eating).
