I visited the restaurant on a Wednesday and had a very poor experience. Our food was incorrect and unacceptable, and we had to send it back twice. Unfortunately, no manager came to our table at any point to offer help or resolve the situation.
Our server, Azriel, was busy but doing their best. However, the managers were sitting in a booth and did not assist or check on guests, which was frustrating given the issues we were experiencing. Proper management support would have made a significant difference

The service was great and the food was very good. The chips were a little soggy and they were out of a few menu items. With that said it was very busy but the employees handled it well.

Went for a family dinner. Everything was good except the amount of time it took for our order to come out. Close to 30 minutes or so which isn’t typical of any Chili’s I’ve ever been to. However the server was at least proactive about the situation. Didn’t give us direct details but explained there was an issue and we weren’t the only ones affected. To me that is always the best way tp handle the situation. Do not need to give exact details but some information is better than no information.

Olivia was great, she was very on point and prompt. I salute her because I know what it’s like working in the public and long shifts and she was coming off a long night shift the night before. She was super nice. My fam had to stop and grab lunch before my oldest son’s baseball games and we had a very pleasant experience unlike the other reviews I read about this location. Everyone was friendly and food was really good and didn’t have to wait long at all especially considering we were here during a huge Sunday morning crowd. Ask for Olivia only if you like to give good tips to people who deserve it :))))

Ate dinner here on a road trip. We had the pick-3 combos, shrimp fajitas, and burger. Food was tasty, portions were big, and service was great. Lots of tvs to watch sports and family atmosphere. One tip- the electronic games on the game tablet are not free, lol!

I did the order online & walk up. To Go on the side of the building. I never get any order I have ordered anywhere else correct. It is a curse. But, Last night…I was soo happy! Everything was correct and wonderful. Portions were so much better than sloppy fast food for the same price! It was made perfect and ready fresh, so speedy to! Ordered on my phone at Walmart after shopping, and it was done before we even pulled in! Friday night as well! Also, a plus, food was still warm by time we got home. Never happens with fast food! 100% will be going back!
Dinner for 3, taxes, 20% tip was only $55! Paid $45 at Wendy’s for 3 last week & threw most of that slop away! Also, not nearly even close to the portion sizes! Tipping is worth the better food! I may never do fast food again! ToGo from now on! ❤️ Don’t mind my pic of the deconstructed burger…that’s me! I know, I know, but it was still flipping amazing! The meal still put together was my sons pick 3 & was only $11-$12 alone w tax. Fast food costs that nowadays! He picked chips & salsa as his appetizer & that is his personal bag of chips & salsa. Wish I would had taken a picture of it all together. Next time! Soo much food! Recommend if you get the pic 3, add the extra $4 for the trio. It’s the bag of chips & the 3 dipping side you see in my deconstructed burger pic. ❤️

I visited Chili’s last night and my food was incorrect and not good. My server did his best and said he would inform the manager, but the manager never came to my table. Instead, I saw him standing by the computer on his phone and not once did he come over to help. As someone traveling, this was a very disappointing experience.

The last 3 to go orders from this Chili’s have been terrible and last night will be my last. It began with the employee in the To Go area was rude and unprofessional- without customers you don’t have a job. Next the food was awful and very overpriced for the amount and the taste! We had 2 orders exactly the same 2 Triple Dippers with big mouth bites, house bbq boneless wings and southwest egg rolls. First all 3 items were sitting in the wing sauce so the bread on the bites and the egg rolls were mushy from the sauce and the egg rolls were so undercooked they were white instead of a golden brown and the big mouth bits were so overcooked you could barely bite them. They wings were the only edible item and they cost $17 for 5-6 pieces. I won’t be back, I work hard for my money to throw it away.

Everything was good. Our waitress was new, however, did her best to accommodate! I give 1 ⭐️ because my date was allergic to tomatoes and they ignored the request for no tomatoes. Neither did they have an option for tea.

I called this restaurant an hour before our arrival to let them know we had a party of 15 coming at 12:30 for lunch . We arrived to the restaurant at 12:30 , was seated and our drink order taken right away. Everyone got the drinks Farley quickly except for myself. I wanted over 30 minutes for my drink. When I reminded the server that I still needed my drink she Informed me that the drink runners were behind and she would get it shortly. Needless to say I waited another 15 minutes before I got my drink. We placed our food order and waited over an hour and half for our order. When they finally started to bring out our food two individuals never received their food , some of our orders where wrong and we had to ask many of them to be boxed up to go .I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to come out and speak with me. I finally walked to the hostess and asked to speak to the manager again and he came out.I Informed him of all the issues we have had and he turned the situation around on our party. He stated we was not going to do anything about it we where rude to his waitress ( which we where not) and made her cry. As a matter of fact we where very polite and patient with her. I did not blame the waitress one bit for the service we had today. She is not responsible for the kitchen . She was simply folding under pressure because she could not help with the situation. I truly hate this waitress had to be in the middle of this today. The manager should absolutely be held responsible for the way he is running this restaurant. I will never go back to this Chili’s again.
