I’m always impressed when I go into this chipotle. Whether it’s a long line or short line, they are time manageable, listen well, polite, and my bowl always taste soooo good. Props to them for even under pressure moments, keeping calm cool and collected. I was in here today and a lady said “why are you going so fast” with an attitude. lady responded with “all my employees are about to clock out and there’s a long line” the customer continued to go slow on purpose!!
I told the employee that they were all doing amazing, because they really were. I’d rather have quick than slow, like duh. Props to you guys

This was by far the worst experience we have had at this location. I wasn’t upset that they were out of certain things, such as steak. We waited until it was cooked. They were almost out of other things like beans. That was fine too. When we went to check out, they were out of chips for the kids meals that our girls ordered. They had large bags of chip at the register. I asked them to make small bags with the large bag since she was out. She refused and said that we can opt to not get a side if we didn’t want fruit. We ended up just buying the large bag for our girls. 100% the only reason I gave it a one star was because of the lady that checked us out at the register.

Really liked my server (?name).She made my chicken bowl perfect and really loaded it up ! She said “she makes them like she’d make them for herself”. I also bought a bag of Lime chips and a soft taco wrap to make a quick soft taco on the side.
I had left overs that my daughter enjoyed for lunch the next day.

I had the tell the counter person to change his glove because he licked his glove and served the customer before me. The place was a pig stye. Food was dripping all over the counter. I waited 20 mins to put in my order after being the 5th customer. The kid rewrapped the same burrito 2 times. He even unrolled it into another burrito shell and rewrapped it. The customer was pissed. Customer goes can you remake my burrito? They asked him to rewrap it or remake the whole thing. Then after I pay for my dine in order of 2 bowls and kids menu, they didn’t give me a tray for my second bowl. I had to carry it with sauce dripping everywhere. The. We go to get forks and knives. It was completely empty. I told the cashier, thinking someone would refill. No. They didn’t move. I go to sit down my family outside to come in to get utensils. I go to tables outside. Every table was filthy, had stains or food on it. I come back inside to get utensils, nothing was filled. I go to tell them again to refill utensils station. They said we are out of forks. Do you want a spoon? I said 3.

The food is generally good. However for some reason they don’t like draining the juice from the pico de gallo and it ends up like a soupy burrito bowl. The image is after I drained some of the juice ate the meal and still had pico de gallo juice to spare.

We had a wonderful experience with a large catering order. Lauren made sure we had everything we needed. The service was amazing, even carrying the food to our car! I would recommend the Chipotle Pier Park to anyone.

Came in a couple minutes before closing on accident, everyone’s energy was still amazing and the lady that took our order was so sweet. Was still very thorough even though the restaurant was about to close. Love to see it!!

Worst chipotle ever. The grill is dirty from cooking all day. The line looks there is a famine ( no meats ). It will be 10 or 15 min longer on anything and they don’t care. Chipotle needs to get someone in that cares about their job and cares about cooking for a living. Everyone in there looks miserable as hell….. not coming back. I have given this place 3 tries this was the last. So quick update…. After a while of not coming to chipotle I decided to give it a other try and we’ll….
