Pictures show good quality food and it tastes absolutely delicious! Fast friendly service and definitely worth coming back.
Edit: Tried again just to see if maybe they got better. Nope. I’ve been in like 20 minutes for a fry and a drink.
Went again: 15 minutes so far and no food. I ordered a quarter pounder and a snack wrap. This is ridiculous.
Again: still slow. Just watched someone waiting on the curbside pickup spots walk in and come out with their food. I’ve been in like 15 minutes so far and they were there when I got here.
In the scheme on things, not a big deal but I’ve eaten here twice in past 6 months -bad service both times .
I’ll go to Wendy’s up the street in the future.
Also when I got the food after waiting 45 minutes, the food said it was use by 3:30 pm. At that point it was 5:30. So not only did I wait 45 minutes but the food was cold and nasty. Won’t be going back to this location ever again.
This last time though, he was not there. It seemed to be an entirely different group of people working. I went through the drive through and ordered the two cheeseburger meal and a milkshake for my daughter. The line moved at a decent speed, no complaints there.
I pulled into the parking lot across from McDonald’s to get my daughter situated and to eat my food. I picked up my cheeseburger… It felt lighter than normal. Once I opened it, I found out why. There was no meat inside. My first thought was “oh well, people make mistakes. I don’t really need both of them anyways”. So I opened the other one, again, meatless.
I went back and went inside with both burgers. (Shouldn’t say burger, more like bread with some ketchup, cheese, and a pickle slice). I asked the lady behind the counter if I could get new ones since these didn’t come with meat. She said “Do you just want two new ones?”. My reply “Yes….. But with meat”. She turned around and yelled to the other employees “Dos cheeseburgers con carne”. While I’m not fluent in Spanish, I picked up on the “Two cheeseburgers with meat”.
That’s when I stood there for another 13 minutes before I was handed any replacement burgers. While I was there, I had time to notice the sign at the register saying “Photo and video prohibited”. After reading some other reviews… I guess I can see why they put the sign there. It’s easier than addressing the problem to begin with.
I went back out to the car and was hit with the “why did it take you so long”. Followed by the “this milkshake isn’t the right flavor that you ordered”. So, out of all the items I purchased. The medium fries and my soda were the two things that were correct.
I was unaware that I needed to specify that I wanted meat on my cheeseburger. I guess I know now… I may just drive a little further to another restaurant when I want something to eat next time.
Just goto a different location guys.
