Waitress very nice. Very slow kitchen especially being the only table at the time. Drinks are awesome and not overpriced. Food though, not worth the money. My wife ordered a pizza and the pizza was messed up. Waited over 25 min for a new one. Server apologized and said her manager approved and she would comp the pizza for the delay and when the bill came, nothing was discounted or comped. I ordered a mushroom/swiss burger and it was very overcooked and had no flavor at all. We ordered the appetizer sampler box to get a taste of everything and when it arrived we were told that they did not have part of the appetizer so they just added to the other parts of the sampler. We will not be returning to this restaurant especially for the price that I paid for this experience and quality of food given.

We arrived 45 minutes before our movie, and verified that we could get service in time. We ordered two drinks and two appetizers.
The drinks were actually on point. I would get a drink here again.
The servers were nice.
The kitchen was SLOW. We were the only customers there, and at 45 minutes, our two appetizers were barely ready. They served them to us in to-go containers (not the plan—we wanted to eat at Chatters and then buy movie candy for dessert). Because they had kept us waiting so long, the theater was dark by the time we got to our seats, so I can’t comment on appearance (except to say that the appetizer bento box was all dumped together in a mess). There really wasn’t much food except for the sweet potato waffle fries, which we had too much of. The food tasted like something that you’d heat up from frozen food at home. Curiosity, given that we had to wait forever for it to come out, it was barely lukewarm. No offer to compensate us for the slow service and inconvenience.

Our meal at Chatter’s was great! The service was top-notch, thanks to Amanda. The food was served quickly and the presentation was great. Amanda really impressed us with her customer service skills! Chatter’s is lucky to have such a dedicated staff member.

You wouldn’t believe that a relatively small restaurant in a movie theater would be great but let me tell you that you would be wrong! Everything from the food to the service was top notch. I got a vegan beyond burger with sweet potato fries that came with an unforgettable sweet dipping sauce on the side. The service? Unbeatable. My date and I sat at the bar and the bartender kept us entertained and regularly checked on us. Could not ask for a better experience!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I’ve been to this Chatters before and enjoyed a wonderful meal. My second visit, my server was being yelled at by the female manager for not clocking out on his break. By all means handle business, but right there in front of all the guests dining in the restaurant. The manager was so loud that multiple people were speaking up for this employee who was being publicly embarrassed by her yelling at him. She then began to yell at guest who were standing up for the employee. This was the most UNPROFESSIONALISM I have ever experienced while eating out. As we know Chatters is not your usual “turn and burn” type of restaurant, and usually my bill is right at $100 or more, for two people dining. Seeing this employee being treated this way in front of every guest in the restaurant, was way outta line. Due to this poor guy being humiliated by this manager for at least 20 minutes, my service was not good at all, as you can imagine because my server was being yelled at, therefore he wasn’t able to do his job. Which he did VERY WELL before she started yelling at him. I hope to never see that manager in this location again. She ruined the entire night of many paying customers who were in this restaurant and that server. Her behavior was something you’d expect from a fast food place.

I know this is a bar inside a movie theater so I don’t expect an amazing drink but if you specifically say your martini is made with Grey Goose vodka you better actually use Grey Goose. I watched the bartender make it and she used New Amsterdam. If I’m paying for Grey Goose I should be getting Grey Goose.
