Woah… most shocking Culver’s experience ever. Maybe I’m just shocked because they have the best service ever — all the time!
I think the kid was just super high.
Maybe I threw him off because when I walked up to the register, I asked how the price of the Culver’s deluxe single basket compared to the crispy chicken basket. But dawg still…
He didn’t get what I was asking but punched in the deluxe basket after a little back and forth. Then the chicken basket. After punching in the chicken, he was like, “oh ok, they come with the same thing. They’re the same.” Then I said, “ahh, the chicken basket is $2 more. I’ll have a single deluxe basket.”
Now…I repeated every part of the order at least twice. Single. Said X2. With honey mustard. Swap the drink for a mixer. X2. Mixer ingredients. X3.
Then I asked the kid as I’m paying about their scan for rewards (yeah wow this is new) …I ducked up. Shouldn’t have asked buddy

Haha as I’m typing this some other guy rolls up and is like ,”oh 11?? Aren’t you for here?” Glances down at receipt. “Oh, it says to go right here…”
Haha turns and goes to kitchen.
I check the bag, fries are half full. I ask for more and luckily the one gal saw the sense in the ask and hopped right to helping. Like dawg, I’m down bad rn. I should not have even been buying Culver’s…but buying Culver’s and getting ripped off…not about to happen lol (even tho technically I did, bc I was supposed to get 25% off my initial order w the rewards app, buuuut buddy was clueless)
Yikes, I never thought the day would come. Bad service at Culver’s.
Meanwhile, I looked around and they were just goofing off. Never seen that.
Not saying all this is bad but it is crazy how accustomed to literal perfect service at Culver’s I am. Even in the hood. But this is Muskego.

These folks were wonderful in every aspect. We were entering with my friends elderly father. They saw us coming and moved quickly to hold open both doors for us to help with getting him inside safely. I was so touched by their acts of compassion. THANK YOU so very much. Of course as always, the food was fantastic!

I heard three four letter swear words from employees while standing at the counter. If there were kids standing there I would have had words for them, but I’ll just leave this review. Please be more respectful to your customers who come to Culver’s for the clean environment, including the language.

I went into the drive thru and ordered a decent amount of food for one person, I thought it would take a few minutes, but I immediately got my food and a smile from the workers. The food was great, I have no complaints and would recommend this Culvers to anyone.

Absolutely heartbroken by what I experienced at Culver’s.
I never thought a place I once enjoyed would humiliate me like this. The staff is completely INCOMPETENT, RUDE, and worst of all — BLATANTLY RACIST. They refused to accept a coupon I’ve used before (I have proof!), and instead of explaining, they mocked me for not speaking perfect English. Yes, they laughed — as if my accent, my effort to communicate, was a joke to them.
They consistently lock the doors well before closing time, as if they’re looking for excuses not to serve people like me. Is it because of how I look? How I speak? That’s exactly how it felt — like I didn’t belong, like I wasn’t worthy of basic respect.
I left that place with tears in my eyes and a knot in my chest. But I won’t stay silent. I’m filing a formal complaint for discrimination, and I hope no one else has to feel what I felt Today

Pulled up to take the order and could barely hear the intercom. Once we pulled up to the window, I got the eyes rolled at me when I tried to redeem the ten tokens. Finally our order was incorrect. Everything else was fine.

Was here around 5p today on a Sunday. When we arrived there were only 2 tables occupied in the entire restaurant as we had arrived before the dinner rush. Almost all of the tables in the restaurant were dirty. About 8 people behind the counter waiting for customers. 1 girl on her phone. Once our server brought out our food he cleaned a table at our request. There is no reason almost all of the tables on the restaurant should be dirty. Management needs to dial in on this with employees as customers deserve to have a clean table and sanitary environment in which to dine.
