Molly was absolutely amazing. Her customer service was stellar. She worked with my husband to figure out a sugar free cold drink and she was very patient and kind. We had just resently downloaded the app and was having trouble and Molly helped with that too. The lady at the register Kaitlyn was so kind as well and she brought my husband’s food to him at our table. Great customer service and great environment.

As a current partner of almost 6 years who comes to this location once a week when I come to take cello lessons at Shenandoah. The green apron service is amazing at this store! I can tell the partners are genuine and want to commit to back to starbucks! Great job guys 🙂

Welcome to Winchester Virginia, where the Starbucks is as close to an inner city Starbucks as possible. Employees are not very kind, store is dirty, bathrooms are locked with a code – and if you ask for the code, be prepared to prove you made a purchase as you are angrily asked for proof. No problem, showed my phone with a mobile order and the employee seemed disappointed that I was customer as they forked over the passcode. I am a Starbucks gold card member from 2012. Love Starbucks all the way, but this location is disappointing. Needs a customer service revamp.

One of the reasons people go to Starbucks is the consistency.
But this location was wow… Efficient for one and their staff are super friendly. They all made a point to greet customers upon entry and thank them when they leave. This was the old Starbucks ways from more than 20 years ago!
Their dining room is big, open, and clean, inviting you to stay awhile, especially now that they brought back cups and plate wares.

STOP DON’T GO THIS LOCATION .
This is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had it with this Starbucks. This is the third time I’ve ordered a large drink and they gave me something smaller than a small. It’s not a mistake anymore — it feels like they’re doing it on purpose and hoping no one notices. That’s stealing, plain and simple.
The staff didn’t care, didn’t apologize, and made zero effort to correct it. For a company that charges premium prices, this is embarrassing and disrespectful. I’m done giving them my money. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values customers and serves what you pay for.

This Starbucks makes lousy drinks. I’ve noticed over the past few months that every time I order my venti chai latte, extra hot, it’s never hot. Yesterday it was barely warm. It feels like they are in such a hurry, that they do a half ass job making the drinks. And I can’t ever relax inside because the music is so loud along with all the other noise from the employees and machines… It’s really frustrating. I go to Starbucks to relax, and I can never relax there. And the drinks are not good, Which is sad when you pay six dollars for the drink.

Whoever manages this Starbucks on Pleasant Valley in Winchester runs a tight ship focused on friendly and service– I find just about every Starbucks in the Valley shares this climate, but Pleasant Valley takes the cake. I work 100% remote and there’s a reason I spend part of almost every day here. Great location, great staff, great product–and in my experience the customer ALWAYS comes first here. Credit to the ethos of the many dedicated staff, but it flows from the top. Thanks for leading the way.

Great actual store and employees. But if you go when it’s busy you’re likely to end up stuck on the road waiting to be able to get into the parking lot. This isn’t an uncommon issue in the area for other stores as well.

I love coffee but not Starbucks coffee, It bitter and just does not taste good to me. I want to love it, it has a mermaid logo…. but I just can’t. Sorry.
Now their food, it’s alright. The chocolate croissant warmed is heavenly. The sandwiches are thin, not much there, pretty sure they are premade and just nuked.

This place is very nice inside. They do a great job of keeping it clean. A lot of college student come here and take up table space. Fortunately, there seems to always be plenty of space to enjoy some coffee. The service here can be kind of slow. Nor tire why i took so long to get my order. There were employees standing around with what seemed like little to do.
