Ordered for delivery which I was surprised was offered in such a small community. Imagine my surprise when an hour later they had not even started it. Im a Dasher myself so I know tip matters. We tipped 30% of our order to ensure if delivery was real it would be picked up. Contact customer service and was told they indeed offer delivery. Heck I would of picked up as this is a very rare thing for us to do. This place has a bad rap and I understand why. Its not the employees im SURE they are understaffed and underpaid. Worked at McDonald’s for quite some time years ago. As a corporation you made 26 billion dollars last year. Do better.

Went through the drive threw, I had to wait a bit for the fries, I am always happy to do that. Imagine my surprise when I realized they reheated old French Fries. It didn’t help that my fish sandwich was dry and getting hard. Basically I paid $9 something for a coke.
That is okay, they are killing themselves more than me. I hardly ever get hot food at a McDonald’s anymore. I sure miss the timmers. Back in the day an alarm would go off and the manager immediately dumped out the food into the garbage. That is what built McDonald’s and it will kill them now. I will not miss them.

Third morning in a row I have had to wait at least 10 minutes to get a simple breakfast sandwich and hash brown This McDonald’s is more of a drive-in than a drive-through fast food From here on out, it will be scooters Or quick trip for breakfast by the way, note to everyone scooters is very quick

waiting 20 mins for just cookies . do better, put a mobile order in came 15 minutes after i placed the order still had to wait another 20-30 minutes for my food while im watching all the workers inside playing around hugging each other play fighting etc. maybe if we had less kids on the clock at once and more leaders we could get customers waited on in a timely matter..: no matter how many chances i give this place they’re customer service never fails to disappoint me

Went through the drive thru today and got pulled around to wait for my food. Imagine my surprise when a short, unexplained wait turned into 17 minutes. All of my food was cold even the sandwich I was told I had been waiting for.

The drive thru has to be the slowest drive thru I have been through lately. The last 3 times I have been through their drive thru I waited at least 20 minutes to 35 minutes. I waited at least 10 minutes before I could order then the rest of the time waiting to get my food. These last 3 times it was during their supper rush around 5:50 pm. It shouldn’t take that long to get through a drive thru to get food.
