Ordered two sodas; when we got to the window, they said they were out of sodas, but could give us iced tea.
They asked me to pull up to prepare the food. I had ordered a big breakfast meal with sausage. Opened it up a few minutes later and it was two biscuits and one egg. If they were out of sausage too, I would’ve liked to know when ordering.

Ordered chicken McRiddle, got a chicken biscuit, They have messed up my order multiple times before, never gets fixed. They today, 9/12/2025, gave me two sausage burritos, I ordered two snack wraps. This McDonald’s is one of the worst ones ever. Absolutely not even not close, save your money do not go here.

Very incompetent. Waited in the ordering line inside along with several others but thay had no one taking orders. This went on for a while until people started leaving. They looked at us from the kitchen while they were just filling drive through orders. Marking this one off for good.

I redeemed my points for a vanilla cone at McDonald’s, but I was very disappointed with how it was handled. The employee gave me the cone without a napkin, touched it with bare hands, and handed it to me in a very careless way. It didn’t feel clean or professional at all. I hope the staff can be more careful and follow proper hygiene next time.

I don’t eat at McDonalds often, but when I do, I always go to the Garner Rd location. My food is always hot and fresh. I always have to wait just a few minutes which is well worth the quality food served. And as far as service goes, when I’m there, they’re busy and every employee is hustling but still able to be friendly and professional.

I ordered on the app a delivery to be exact and my orange juice has black stuff floating in it and a hair stuck between the lid and cup, the app picked the location, if I would have realized it was Garner rd I would have cancelled. They always disappoint me.
