New management, so it’s a completely new experience.
I visited the store a couple of days ago and had to update my previous review. Everything is clean (cleaner than other Subway locations nearby). The owner genuinely cares about the customers and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience.
I’m very happy with the quality, cleanliness, and warm customer service.

Store is under new ownership and management. Wonderful customer service with an inviting atmosphere. Beautifully made sandwiches containing fresh bread and products. A must go to restaurant if your in the area.

This subway located inside the Walmart in Holly springs don’t try it from there I’ll not recommend this place and I was there today August 22 2023 around 3 pm and I order the subway but I unfortunately it’s wrost I can’t eat there food all the vegetables are not good and the lady over there whi is working she was on the phone which is so disrespectful to the customer 1st thing need to change there stuff customer service horrible..salad bar is rottan there is some pictures I attached to it. And the lady was so terrific with her costumer..

I’ve been coming to this Subway for years, and I can honestly say the new owner has completely turned the place around. The store is cleaner, the service is much friendlier, and everything runs more smoothly. You can really tell the new owner is dedicated—he’s often there himself, making sure everything is done right and customers are happy. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the food and overall experience. Definitely recommend giving this location another try if you haven’t been in a while!

I have lived in Holly Springs for 8 years and I have been to this location many times. I have never had an experience like I had tonight. The two ladies that were there were outstanding!! They were polite, friendly, professional and engaging. We talked through my order and I stayed after I got my food to continue speaking with them. We talked about their culture and mine, we shared new words with each other and laughed with each other. This was beyond a 5 star review, it was a 100!! Whatever these ladies are getting paid, it’s not enough. I have avoided this location before being the service wasn’t always great. As long as those lovely ladies are there, I will visit frequently. Food was good (and the subs were full), the area was clean, and the owner was personable and kind. He made sure he welcomed everyone that came into the area and asked if he could get anything for an older lady that was “just needing to sit.” Honestly, definitely my best Subway experience by far (and way superior to any other Walmart Subway experience!).

My wife ordered three subway sandwiches for pick up at 6:45pm but she received the experience survey email at 5:31pm. The email said the experience time was at 3:46pm. It was 3 hours earlier!!!
She went to the restaurant at the pick up time and told them about the email and the time.
However, they said it was automatically emailed. She asked what time they made the sandwiches but the lady said “10 minutes ago!!!” And the guy(looks like a manager) also didn’t say anything.
She just trusted what they said.
She came back home and shared the sandwiches with my family. They were cold and all the veggie were soaked from the source.
We just throw away all three sandwiches!!!
They just ruined our dinner!!!
I finally looked the receipt.
Our order was served at 3:46:40pm!!!!
We are so mad at them. How they lied to their customer!!!
I will never ever go back there again!!!
I am terribly disappointed the restaurant!!!!
BTW my house to this subway is 1.2 mile

This Subway is completely on the next level with their customer service and food quality since the new owners have opened it back up. I would highly recommend you giving it another shot if you haven’t! The new employees are so kind and thorough on all the orders. The dining area is very clean and well kept too.
I normally don’t leave reviews on quick serve food but I have been to this location on several occasions during busy time and not and still had the best service. My food is always done the way it’s asked for, even when ordering multiple items.
