So the strawberry lemonade only comes in one size. It’s a small with no ice. For $3. Idk just too much and I asked about getting it in large and she said it only comes in one size. I don’t even think this is their medium cup.

The worst service ever. I ordered an uber eats. A bacon king and I just received a bread, two meats and ketchup sauce on it (I had to add cheese and ham from my house) because the burger didn’t bring it. Additionally I order an Oreo Sunday with extra chocolate fudge and I get a plain ice cream. I didn’t pay for this deplorable order, if people are going to work this way then don’t work.

Terrible experience. They messed up my order twice I clearly asked for no cheese, and both times they still put cheese on my burger. The worst part was the rude and disrespectful attitude of the staff. No apology, no effort to fix it, just pure arrogance.
Really disappointing, especially from a big chain like Burger King. I’m definitely not coming back.

I’m shocked at how consistently good the customer service is here. Sometimes it feels like they came over from Chic-fil-a lol yeah the food ain’t always perfect but it’s FAST food. I appreciate the team there.

I recently had a poor experience at this location and shared my feedback through a store survey. What stood out afterward was the response from leadership. The district manager and store manager reached out personally, listened, and took my concerns seriously. Latoya told me that she can’t improve on issues in her store without knowing specifically what went wrong.
When I returned, I observed strong management oversight and clear communication in the kitchen to ensure orders were prepared correctly. The food was hot, fresh, and made to standard, and the overall experience was much improved.
Everyone deserves food prepared with care, and it was reassuring to see leadership actively involved and reinforcing expectations. Mistakes happen, but accountability and follow-through make a real difference.

This is absolutely horrible the sandwich that I ended up ordering was absolutely steel and cold lathered with at least 2 inches of mayonnaise to hide the steel and horrible taste of the meat. I even tried to reach out to the Restaurant and unfortunately the number is not in service or it’s not working. It is absolutely horrible. The food is absolutely horrible and it’s cold stale and really alarming that they’re serving this type of food I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I come through every night after I get off my shift around 2am and stop to get sumthing on the way home and every night the drive thru worker Brian is always so helpful and has a great energy. He never makes anything difficult and is awesome when it comes to customer service and the food is always fresh and delicious… super impressive for a overnight shift
