absoultely embarrassing for you to have customers wait 20+ minutes … on a $25 order to push out THIS . and this is the SECOND time ive had to come back with food like this . wouldnt even feed this food to my worst enemy .
all shift lead had to say was that they aren’t responsible for how food goes in the bag … THEN HOW DO YOU RUN A FAST FOOD/COFFEE JOINT ??????

I went to this Dunkin to get a meal deal as I do a few times a week. I never get coffee as I dont drink it, so I get tea hibiscus never an issue until today. Today the manager ASHLEY came to the pick up window to let me know the only reason I they gave me tea the day before was because I changed my drink at the pickup window, I said NO the girl that took my order asked if I could get tea , she was told yes , i heard this as i was waiting. She than says I have to ring up sweet tea because she could not add the hibiscus tea in the order. Which was fine They do it all the time . ASHLEY MANAGER starts to argue with me at the pick up window telling me NO that’s not what happened !!! How do I make that up ? I told her i always get the tea she states that I am never getting it again because it cant be done. ARE YOU SERIOUS you agure with a customer and tell them they cant get the tea anymore when they have been giving it to me the whole time!! The food was burnt and the tea did not have a tea bag in it dint know why and there was no sugar as per order. So I received a tinted water basically! WHAT A RUDE PERSON how are they even dealing with customers. I am contacting corporate next.

Arthur this was by far one of the best things I’ve seen in service and by best I mean worst!!! My wife and I ordered “Creative Creations” $4.69 each but were told you didn’t have the toppers but there’s still be sprinkles on it!!! I could get scoops with sprinkles for alot less being the exact same thing!!! On top of that you tell my wife your not “technically” supposed to scoop ice cream but did for us and the costumer in front of us!!! LET ME BE CLEAR we have gone to this location before and will again but this experience was to much not to share and I’ve sure management will be very happy how the service was tonight!!!

Every time I come here I have to wait at least a few minutes before I’m finally addressed despite the fact they have staff standing around and chatting almost every time I come here. It’s extremely unprofessional and feels selective because I’m the only person I’ve ever seen get treated like this here. Maybe some inclusivity training is required?

I went in to try their cappuccino blast. Which is made with ice cream. You can choose any type of ice cream you want. But I went with the original. Very very tasty. I am new to this area and I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts so I stopped in just to check it out. I received great customer service from the employees the most important thing I look for is the smile the thank you and you’re welcome in which I received all three. The young lady had a very nice personality. I was greeted on my way in to the counter saying we will be with you in just a moment. I am definitely going to recommend this store whether you live locally or you’re just passing through. I give you all a five-star the place was neat and clean and best of all the customer service was excellent. Thank you for making my visit a great one I really appreciate that

Usually have a good experience & great staff, but …
Today unfortunately was the worst experience I’ve had with them..
Different staff today & when I ordered my cookie cloud foam latte whatever.. almost a $7 drink.. was maybe a little over half & no foam on top..I would’ve went back for them to fix it but I was in a rush to get daughter to school
Unfortunately what happened today will make me weary of ever going again

I’ve been having issues with the food quality for a while here and usually I don’t go out of my way to complain about food, but today I was greeted in a very rude way in the drive through they didn’t even cook any of my food(avocado toast was just bread, the bagel bites were cold and hard) they forgot half my order so I had to go back in to get more uncooked food. It was horrible. Probably one of the worst experiences from this location and I be had a lot of not so good ones here.

The employees here walked around like they had no clue where anything was. The person in the drive thru handed me an ice cream cone turned around then immediately back to me and asked,”did I hand you your 2 scoops?”. I may try again next year to see if it has gotten better. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I absolutely used to love this place! It’s bad enough they’ve raised the price of the espresso so when you ask for a macchiato upside down with extra espresso that you pay for so that you get all of your espresso that you paid for it’s not given to you that way and when you want it corrected all you’re given lots of attitude absolutely disgusting That’s how customer service is nowadays! I also tip at least five bucks every time I go.

Heres a picture of my poorly made sandwich from this morning. There was no manager on duty to make mycomplaint. The bacon was stuck together all in one place on the sandwich instead of being spread out.
