Slowest and inaccurate location in the country. Ordered a baconator, took 45 minutes to get food. Walked back to my semi and opened my food and not a lick of bacon present. Walked back in with my complaint, meal was remade in 2 minutes, got back to semi and inspected the sandwich and there was 2 small strips of bacon. Too tired for a third round. Hope all three of these employees get fired, they’re about useless.

This picture was taken at 10:40pm. Google maps and the Wendy’s app both say this location closes at midnight. The lights were off, floor was mopped and chairs on top of the tables. This means they ben shut down for a good while before i took this picture. People, especially truck drivers show up late and hungry because it says they’re open until midnight. This level of laziness is completely ridiculous. The workers were hiding in the back playing around talking

Thanks to Jake the regional, this store has been a failure for years now. Very surprising this company still compensates such a lazy individual. When you live 10 minutes from your worst store it poses a definite issue. Good luck, it’s not over yet

Placed a mobile order, no problem. Got to store and they said they stopped making burgers at 10 pm. What do they do for the last two hours? They’ve never had this problem before. Then pointed me to a number that doesn’t answer during the weekend. So they just decided to take $86 from me til God knows when. Don’t go to this location at night. Worthless.

This location is so bad it doesn’t even show up on Google Maps without typing in a search. The meat was so dry and cold it was like trying to eat a freeze dried white castle.
Just shut this franchise down. Wendy’s used to be good but this location gives a bad name to the brand.

Don’t allow orders if you are not going to make certain items after a certain time, or at minimum call the person who made the order so they can make plans before literally everything closes. Never have I heard of any company deciding to stop selling one of their major food items after a certain time. If you don’t make Burgers after 10pm then don’t allow for them to be ordered after 10pm and then drag your feet at refunding the customer.

Wendy’s location is getting as bad as dairy queen. Fries are always cold and the chicken nuggets are always old. It’s too bad because this is a really nice building and dining room But the food quality is terrible

I ordered cup of chili beside burger and never got chilli..when asked they told they ran out. I asked for partial refund for chilli but instead they dropped large order of fries instead and did No apology, no refund, so, no positive review.
