This place is horrible people are just disrespectful and don’t know how to do their job. I went in this afternoon and the service was horrible I try to order my sandwich like usual, but these three girls made my day so bad. The girl that was putting my vegetables on my sandwich sucked she doesn’t know how to do anything like the simplest thing of rapping a sandwich the sides were literally open. Do not recommend. It was a teenage girl with black hair.

Super unwelcoming atmosphere due to the kids they are hiring. I’ve been going to this subway for awhile now and was hoping it would get better, but the workers, mostly blonde girls, come off extremely bored, unfriendly, and better-than attitude, and act like me coming in there to get a sandwich to-go ruined their entire day. If mommy and daddy have the money, then why get a job where you treat customers like garbage? If I want subway now, I’m just driving to Buhl or Twin. Extremely disappointed in the staff here.

I’ve been coming here for years it started with me driving the extra miles to Buhl from the first time we went there Christine was just the sweetest lady came to the point when we walked through the door she never even had to ask what we wanted she knew our order then she slowly worked her way to the filer store which worked out great closer to home her and I believe the other gals name Carlene has always just been so good to my family!!!! We moved away and just haven’t been able to find a subway with fresh bread and cookies and the customer service we received from them I couldn’t wait to go in and feel at home again!!! With fresh bread and a sandwich made just right but instead it turns out that we had wish full thinking after eating my meal very unsatisfied I decided to ask if Christine or Carlene was still around and was told that the store was bought out Carlene was no longer the owner and Christine works maybe 4 days a month we were sad to hear that but could tell the difference in the store!!!! Christine we missed you and the way you made our family feel at home you’re wonderful!!!! But you can tell the place misses you too the service and the food wasn’t the same and the way they talk behind there making our sandwiches was nothing I know you would let be said in front of customers!! I use to recommend this place now I’m unsure unless your in middle school and can blend in but definitely not as a family sit down enjoy your meal!!!!

I always have problems with this subway , it’s like the employees are trained to be rude to customers and try to make it so customers don’t come back! The only reason I go back is because it’s close to my job. The lady today was absolutely not gonna let me have the cheese warmed up with my steak she even went as far as putting it under all the cold veggies so it couldn’t even be warmed by the hot meat. I don’t understand it, I’m always nice and respectful and leave a tip thinking this will make them nicer next time but nope. I suggest you find another subway to go to if possible because these ladies at subway in Filer hate their job and do not want customers coming in.

There were 2 younger guys working that made our sandwiches. This was afternoonish all the food looked fresh and clean
They were prompt with our order. We need more people like the young men who served us. I give this subway a 10.
When they were done they closed the lid over the fixing, something I don’t see happen at other subways.

The worst, downright laughable, customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The two staff working this evening, let’s call them Tweaker and Flat Stanley, were very rude on the phone and in person. Hopefully after seeing this many bad reviews and me calling their manager they’ll be able to properly reprimand them. In the mean time I will be telling everybody I know in the community to stay far, far, away from that location!!

This entire area offers such poor customer service, it was a refreshing surprise that this little subway has employees that do well, with a good attitude. The overtalk each other making things confusing overall good team. First time eating subway in a long time, when did it get so expensive?
