Ordered off of door dash and this was the worst catfish I’ve had in my life. The breading just fell off the fish and it was not crispy at all. I tried the breading and there was no seasoning, not flavor. The wings I ordered were very dry as well. When I was given condiments they were filled a 1/4 of the way full. So a dap of tartar sauce was all I was given in each little container. The only redeeming quality were the fries which you cannot mess up I suppose. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Should’ve listened to my peers and went elsewhere.

My brother came from New York to visit so I purchase the fish shrimp and chicken and salad with fishes. All was great except for the fries. They should have placed them in another box or sides. Being underneath the chicken made them soggy and greasy. Could not eat them. My family enjoyed them. Watermelon slice e s was very sweet. My family enjoyed the meal.

Best fish, chicken, and mac and cheese I ever tasted ! 1st time going was visiting Maryland from Cali in April 2021. They also sale exotic GingerAle Peach flavor. They have reasonable prices for very good food. Will be making a special stop in Maryland again in July just to go to Hip Hop while visiting the East Coast.

Good food combined with great value but undercut by slightly subpar service. I had a takeout order from here, and the employees seemed more interested in watching the soccer game on the tv behind me than in my order. They did however, get my order perfectly even though there were many components, and the food was delicious! We had the chicken value box and a box of tenders. Both were great, and much more food than the price might suggest. Would recommend!

Good hot wings. The fries can be hit or miss. I had them fry my fries hard my last order, and they turned out pretty good. Their fries can be a lil soggy.
Their Whiting and catfish with fried okra usually pretty good. I haven’t tried their desserts, but they look pretty good behind the glass.

Classic chicken joint, doesn’t go crazy in the sauces, but always gives you what you need. Not the best chicken out there, but it’s a special place for me, so 5 stars

I called at 10:30 Trying to place an order and Was told that only taking walk in order Understandable so start making my way there Arrived at 10:47 and the lights are shut off. The people are packing up. I can’t place the order could’ve been avoidedif they Took my order over the phone. I’m a regular customer i’ve had issues with them before and just overlooked it, but this is annoying. I could’ve just picked up my order and went home enjoy my meal after a long day of work if It was just took it over the phone I made it at a decent time to pick up. I know that they cook a bunch of chicken and probably already had some cooked anyway They could have had let me know They stop taking orders at a certain time. So I wouldn’t have to waste my time.

The chicken, fish bites and fries had to have been all cooked in the same old oil. None of it had any taste other than old oil taste. Clean your fryers, maybe be degrease the floors where your customers stand once in a while. And season the food at least a little.
