my orders over door dash are always wrong and at certain times of the day you’ll never get good chicken on anything, i got one straw when i ordered three drinks per usual, no one answers the phone for crap ever so i can’t get my refund unless i walk all the way over there, i’m allergic too certain ingredients they tend too leave on my food i warn them of, down right worse then the mcdonald’s!

The food is good but I was served raw chicken so I no longer eat here. Luckily, I did not get sick and noticed before I ingested too much of it. The customer service has hit an all time low as they do not screen the applicants. They will probably be going out of business or changing their name due to horrible service and food that makes people very ill. The CDC should be notified along with the health department. It’s a shame because this business could have flourished if it was properly staffed.

Every time my food is either dry or old or both. Asked for a strawberry biscuit they gave me a cheese cake. Today the food was even more , plus I was given a napkin they wrote on for somebody else order. Tenders always thinner then paper

The chicken was soggy, salty and cold. Look like it was old chicken. Fries were cold and hard. Biscuit were cold and dry. The only thing that tasted good was the strawberry lemonade.

Food is pretty good. As always. BUT!!!! Waited for 30 min for a chicken sandwich combo to come out. Everybody was waiting at the order pick-up. You couldn’t get your ordered food if you don’t come to the counter and ask for it. Don’t expect too much of customer service at all.
