Ordered 2 simple hot dog and fries…. After 35 minutes of waiting dasher leaves because it was taking to long, 2 nd dasher arrives and waits in vet 20 minutes to get up in line to be told they have my order to someone else. NEVER EVER EVER EVER Go to this sonic. Terrible service and employees.

I ordered through door dash TWICE now and when I called sonic the guy was rude to me and said they gave my order away and hung up in my face. When I tried to call back he was rushing me and said he would re make it and now I can’t get an answer on where my food is. I can’t believe how disrespectful he was for no reason.

Waiting 30 minutes for 1 drink was crazy for me. But what really frustrates me the most about this location is they like to shut off certain order boards so you have to guess which one is open at night.. Can I please suggest adding red/green or just green light strips on the outside (like a drive thru bank) so when the employees turn off certain boards, we notice a lot easier than pulling into a stall only to find out it’s off…. Did it 3 times one night before finding an open stall….

Okay so I’m on a time crunch. I get to sonic at 10:52 press the button didn’t get answered for forever. I didn’t leave until 11:20….. and I try to give some grace but my burger is cooked so long it’s all dried out and I am not happy with this sonic overall would recommend trying another location.

I stopped by after a long day to grab a peach slushie with nerds. I tried to tip my carhop but the touchscreen isn’t functional. I wasn’t able to tip because I don’t carry cash. I tell the carhop I tried to tip and they need to tell them it’s broken. The carhop said that they have alerted you that they weren’t working and that yall know and don’t care. I don’t like that. Why cheat those kids by taking away our accessibility? If this is how yall treat your employees I see why the trend downward. Making them continuously miss out on money because of faulty equipment seems unfair and honestly unChrist-like. Do right by those kids and fix those touchscreens. My slushie was perfect.

I took my son and daughter in law for lunch. We did the order online. We did not get what we ordered. The one that gave us our order was nice. He said they would fix it. Then the manager came out all hateful and said she would only fix one of the problems as we didn’t order what we said even though it showed it on our phone. Then that hamburger didn’t come and it was a long time. I had to tell them we still don’t even have the one corrected item. This happened to people all around us. Then the food was really salty and drinks mismarked. It’s bad when you are diabetic and the one marked that is regular soda! The food I did eat made me sick. I will never go back there again. Horrible experience!!!

Try as I may, I can’t say a single good thing about this location. I don’t understand what the issue is, but they can’t seem to take orders and make food. Pretty basic things for a fast food establishment.
Today I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes with no one taking my order. Eventually I just pulled to the window. They had 6 employees inside. Finally an employee came to the window and said it would be 20 minutes before they could even take my order because they were so short staffed. They had SIX employees at SONIC. It makes no sense. Other locations are moving cars through with half that amount of employees working.

I ordered one wrap and one fountain soda and then went to pick it up when it said it would be ready and waited thirty minutes from the time I pulled in and parked til I got my small order. They need to hire a lot more people. It’s not worth coming here- they are very busy and very slow.

I’m actually currently at this location. I placed a mobile order for a mini diet Dr Pepper and a large Coke Zero. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:43. I arrived at 5:40. I’ve been waiting almost 25 MINS for 2 drinks. This is ridiculous. I’ve already paid so I can’t just leave without eating the cost.edit: I ended up leaving. They said people called out and I understand that but 2 drinks should not take almost 30 mins.
