I stopped by Starbucks today and honestly had one of the best coffee experiences I’ve had in a long time. My drink was absolutely perfect—fresh, smooth, and made exactly the way I like it. What really stood out, though, was the staff. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to chat with me, made sure my order was just right, and even went above and beyond to make my visit extra special. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Amazing coffee paired with outstanding service this location really sets the bar high. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I work in the same area as this Starbucks and have been coming here multiple times a week for years. It’s just convenient. Today I walked in, ordered what I usually do: a chai latte, extra hot. I waited about 7 minutes for it to be completed only to find out it was sitting on the other side of the counter and my name was not called out. I drank the chai and it didn’t taste like anything. Just like heated up oat milk so I asked if it could be redone as I couldn’t taste the main component of the drink. The man, old tall black with glasses, remade it reluctantly and even though I was standing right there left the drink an arms length away from me and walked off. No words said. I didn’t even complain about anything. Just asked for it to be remade. I was planning on staying here to work on my laptop, but I tasted the latte and it still tasted off. No worries, maybe they changed their formula. But then I take a look at the cup lid the man gave me. I don’t know why anyone working food service would be so vindictive. Right near the lid opening, there is a stuck on hair on there and matcha stain all over the cup lid. It just looks old. I can’t even drink this or stay in the store anymore and I WONT be coming back. Convenience should not be a means for disrespect.
Not to mention last week I ordered a latte, stayed to work on my computer for 1.5 hours (I was only one of two in the store, it was a slow day), and when I got up to ask for water they told me I had to buy something.
Yeah, not sure what that man’s problem is or what is happening at this store but you can have the latte back. Not sure why they would purposely try and make someone sick for a simple request.

This location is either okay or not. Sometimes I’m greeted, other times I’m not. So customer service is dependent on who is working. The drinks on the other hand….every time I’ve gone, the drinks have been distasteful. Whether its adding so much ice that its overflowing out of the cup to not adding any chai to a latte to forgetting to add cream to a regular coffee. Overall, it’s okay if you just want to enjoy a nice cold water while studying.

This is my favorite Starbucks spot. The baristas are amazing and always offering new and crafty drinks. Eunmae is bomb and reminds me to bring my cup each time! I will one day but I until next time I will drink her recommendations…

Even on red cup day the experience was good! I came inside for a mobile order. The line was long and I could tell they were a little backed up, but they communicated well and my drink came out perfect! And I got my cup 🙂

I’ve been coming to this location for the past 2 years and can’t say enough about the quality of service!! It’s so refreshing interacting w a team that genuinely cares. I usually do my order to go but sometimes get the opportunity to work here. The level of hospitality and attention to detail is next level. I love trying the seasonal menu out as it changes and I’ve always been blown away by the knowledge of the team on items that change frequently. Huge shout out to Alyssa, Kiki & Adam they are ROCK STARS!!! Starbucks is setting the standard and this location and team are leading the way!!

My all time favorite location they always make my Oat milk brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam perfect ! They always make my drink perfect there’s been a couple of times it’s not done right but almost every time it’s done just right. I’ve gone to so many locations none make my order like this location does! I will always drive to this location. They also most of the time give me my coffee with a beautiful note that make my day! Thank you!
