We made reservations so we didn’t have to wait any. The food was phenomenal which included the longhorn steak, delicious brussel sprouts, rice and loaded potato. The steak was on point. Our waitress Taylor was a delight with exceptional service. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Thank you

I had a rib tickling good time at Longhorn Steakhouse near Fort Benning all thanks to Dennis the best server this side of the cowboy trail! He was so good I almost thought he was a steak tender well seasoned and always well done If you want a tip ask for Dennis he’s the prime cut of servers Five stars all the way for him and everyone else as well !

This LongHorn Steakhouse is tucked away just off the interstate next to a pretty rundown motel—definitely not the most inviting location at first glance. However, once inside, it looked like your typical LongHorn: clean, comfortable, and nicely laid out. The place was surprisingly empty for a Thursday evening, which made for a quiet dining experience.
Our server was excellent—friendly, attentive, and quick with drink refills. The bread came out warm and fresh, which was a great start to the meal. Unfortunately, the steaks were a bit of a letdown. We ordered the New York Strip and the Sirloin, both medium rare, but they arrived more on the rare side. The Sirloin, in particular, was chewy and undercooked, which took away from the overall experience.
On the positive side, the sweet potato was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The signature mac and cheese was just okay—tasted like someone had stirred in queso, which wasn’t really what we expected.
All in all, while the service and parts of the meal were solid, the steaks missed the mark. With other options around, we probably wouldn’t return to this particular LongHorn location.

I’ve been waiting so long for them to bring out my curbside order!! They are supposed to bring it out as they did the last time we ordered, but this time it took way too long so I called and I explained to her that I’ve been waiting and she hung up..I dialed again and she told me I would have to come inside.. What kind of service is this??! Even the lady in the car beside me had enough of the long waiting so she went inside and still hasn’t came back yet. They are very slow with service and needs to do better. God bless

Call in my order for curbside pick up my food was not ready at the time given. It was cold and my steak was not cooked the way I order it. I waited 35 minutes and went in to check my order she told me that I didn’t place a order she only had 2 orders to find out one of the orders was mine. No bread as I ordered or tea. I didn’t want to send it back because of her
attitude in the 1st place. Tonight Longhorn really disappointed me…I guess I’ll start driving the extra 30 minutes especially if they provide better service.

Manager of this location should be fired. Seated at 12:20pm. By 1:30pm, meal had still not arrived. Restaurant half empty, but waiter only stopped by 3 times in an hour, no refills on drinks or bread. Empty drinks for more than 30 minutes before leaving. Won’t be back.

I placed a curbside order to pick up at 11:15am. I received text that order was ready and checked into spot 2. Waited 30 min and no one ever came. I called and line just rang with no answer so I walked inside. There was one other customer inside. I was told by hostess that curbside employee was working the bar. There were 2 other cars at curbside that also had not been addressed. I asked for a refund as now my food was cold. I waited another 8 minutes for a manager to ask why I wanted refund as my food was ready. I explained it was cold now. She said she could not give me a receipt to show a refund as it would have to go thru corporate and take a couple of days and she had to go to the back to do it and had no way to print refund receipt. I ended up taking my cold food and leaving since she already took my payment off my card and could not issue receipt for refund. She was unapologetic as a manager goes and just said they had lots of to go orders. I explained if you dont have staff for curbside just tell me and I could have walked In for food 40 mins ago. There was no one in establishment aside from one other person and 2 cars in curbside. This location use to be my preferred location but after last 2 visits I will no longer use Macon Rd location. See my attached order # 2531505024151347 for $45.54…which included a tip for service I never received.
