In my opinion, this is arguably the best Thai restaurant in Bellevue. We have visited several spots in the area, but Rice & Spice consistently stands out for its quality and hospitality.

Salad: Overall good, though a bit salty for my taste. That might just be my personal preference.

On a recent trip to Bellevue, WA I was put up at a Marriott. I was so hungry in the evening and this was the closest place. I walked to Nibbana Thai just a few feet from the door of the hotel.
The place was crowded for dinner and It took 2 mins or more to get us seated.
I ordered the red curry and loved the food as it was very authentic in flavor. I just wished as the portion size was large.

Pretty good thai restaurant. I had the panang curry, and the flavour was good but the chicken could’ve been more tender. My biggest complaint is that plain white rice doesn’t come with the curry and is an extra $3, making it a bit on the pricier end compared to my favourite spot. The mango sticky rice was delicious too!

Strongly recommend Kho Mok Talay!!! Prawn, calamari and coconut flesh is cooked with curry. Its taste and smell are both excellent!
I also ordered Rock the Boat. It has soft shell, calamari, scallop and prawn. I think the crust is over thick.
The fried rice is great. Service is very nice!
