Ordered food online and took forever to be acknowledged. Place was dead at 1230 hours yet, no host. There was a party of 2 waiting to be seated and/or acknowledged In front of me. Went to the pick up area and waited another 10 minutes.

Horrible…. Came at 5 it was pretty dead, still took waitress 10 min to stop talking to the manager laughing before we got served. When you get food before sodas it’s a bad sign. Then when it was time to order I added to my order and got the biggest eye roll. I mean isn’t that what you’re here for????? Come on Then sent me the wrong drink and had to wait for the right one. I’ll tip anyone but bad service= bad tip. Then the manager shows my tip and she tells out wow are you serious? Well no shit. Never coming here again. Rather eat elewhere

I love buffalo wings and B-Dubs used to be the spot back in the day for me. I don’t know what happened or if it depends on location, but I noticed the wings are sometimes overcooked. Very tough and too crunchy. The appetizers have been really good but I even noticed the small changes in the fried pickles. The choice of sauces are good. The spicy garlic being my favorite. I just wish the wings weren’t so tough to eat. Other than that, the atmosphere and service was excellent.

Disappointed in the experience this afternoon. We have gone to this location for years and the service has always been slow. The last few times it has improved however today after placing and appetizer order and our drinks we sat for 30+ minutes without even getting acknowledged to put our food order in and or the pace of the appetizer. After 7 different occasions of the server walking by and not stopping to address the slowness my husband and I walked out. Bummer that they can’t seem to get it together.

Walked into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Eastville, CA and headed to the bar area, where I was immediately hit with a smell that can only be described as floors mopped with puke water. Really sets the tone for drinks and wings.
Apparently the bar now comes with an immersive sensory experience — sour, stomach-turning, and impossible to ignore. I wasn’t sure if someone had a rough night or if this is just the new “vibe.”

Never again! Went here with my fiance for dinner waited about an hour for our food which was fine but than our food came out cold and the wings barely had any sauce on them. Anddddd me and my fiance both got sick that night. 1 star because our waitress was nice

Service was great and so was the atmosphere. My waitress was awesome and quick with drinks and orders. Sad to see the quality of food go down and the prices skyrocket.

Make sure you see a server prior to seating yourself at the bar. This location does not allow you to just walk in and sit anywhere by the bar its probably because they are understaffed. We got menus that were absolutely dirty covered in wing sauce. I can see how service was lacking a bit, we watched a server clean the table in front of us and used the sanitized towel to just wipe the table, didn’t move the menu or anything with all the crumbs landing on the tops of the chairs, did she clean it, NOPE. The size of the burger has gotten smaller and the price has gotten higher.. how did that happen? I want to say this is the second time they have not had carrots or celery in stock, what a coincidence….
