For a great doughnut experience, this shop is a top choice for us. The location is easily accessible, featuring a convenient drive-thru and plenty of parking.
I especially appreciate their seasonal creations, which are creatively decorated and add a fun, festive touch to any occasion. For a classic, you can’t go wrong with their iconic glazed doughnuts, they’re always a fresh and yummy option. They serve a good variety of other treats such as Coffee, Lattes, and Chillers, even Brew Box for the office or gatherings.

I had a technical issue with my Krispy Kreme app where my reward email wasn’t being honored at checkout, even though I had clearly received it. The manager Julian went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to carefully check my account, verify my points, and look through everything to understand exactly what was happening instead of just brushing it off.
He was incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. Even though the issue was with the app, he made sure I was taken care of and that I left satisfied. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really made my experience memorable.

Donuts amazing. Always! The downside has to do with managing this location, I think. We go once a month or so, but every time they are “out of cake donuts”. 3 times in 3 months tells me whoever is in charge of ordering isn’t planning properly. It also seems they would not mind customers disappointed than spending a little more time planning. Especially if you dont communicate online or on a sign that you are out of cake donuts – it feels a little like bait and switch, because they would rather the customer be disappointed that lose a sale because the customer might not come in. Drive thru line can be a bit slow, but that’s management as well … Otherwise, everything is good.

Who doesn’t love an amazing donut? This place has been a favorite for a long time. “Hot and fresh” is melt in your mouth amazing! Sadly there was no hot and fresh this visit. I went through the drive thru as the inside was closed. It was about 5 cars in line which was decently fast getting through. The only complaint I really have is that it tasted like the oil is really old. It alters the flavor of the donut itself and kind of ruins it.
They have several options now even mini donuts, donut holes, filled donuts, Maple bars, chocolate bars coffee and drinks. Absolutely love these donuts but I hope they change the oil soon.

Worst krispy kreme ever!!!!!! Worst customer service! I ordered pick up at 7:45am last night. And when i got there it’s not ready yet plus I ordered assorted and they said they only have glazed. I let it slide, but when I ordered additional drink, the crew just left after making the coffee and let me wait for extra 15-20mins! I know they are busy, but it’s the attitude that pissed me off.

Drive thru location!!!! 8ft 6in though so truck didn’t fit. In store experience is nice. No where near as busy as LA locations. Can order in app as well and just pick up. Fresh selection and attentive staff per usual. Get your donutsssss

It’s been a while since we purchase krispy Kreme donuts. We visited since they have promotion for $20.23 for 2 boxes of donuts. As soon as we enter, we were greeted by Delano and offered to help us. He was very helpful, nice and very patient. I confirmed with him about the promotion and he said yes.. very happy about his service. Give him a raise. Most likely will buy and visit again. Highly recommended, A+++++++

Placed an order at night for pick up and it was a dozen glazed and a dozen of the assorted donuts, half being the Halloween donuts that are 50 cents extra, but I was only given the glazed dozen and 6 assorted donuts. I was told I could either pick another 6 to replace the Halloween ones that I couldn’t get since they sold out or just take the 6. The employee looked annoyed when I asked about the extra 3 dollars for the upcharge on the Halloween donuts so he told me if I get the 6 donuts I chose he’d refund me on the dozen so that’s what I chose. It’s been 4 days since this happened and I still haven’t seen a refund. The worker also told me he had to keep the receipt so he could do the refund.

We showed up a few (10) minutes before closing. 3 different families looking for a nice donut. They made us wait till past closing and then came out to say they are closed and cannot sell finis part closing.
