Today I came with my daughter to visit this “Hershey Park” amusement park, and we decided to come for lunch here, because my daughter is allergic to gluten, the chick-fil-A menu usually has a suitable menu for my daughter. But this restaurant has a very limited menu and after 30 minutes in a row… we realized that. In addition, the potatoes that were served to me for a sample and NOT some large potatoes that I paid for. After you pay, no one attends to your complaints or complaints. Very bad service. I don’t recommend it at all. I paid for a big meal and it wasn’t what I received. I’m very upset.

Super crowded, dirty, and super expensive compared with a regular Chick-fil-A even. Chicken was very salty and drier compared with their normal. Fries were inconsistent, three different orders and one was about right, one was soggy and the last was undercooked. Menu is also more limited than normal, although the seasonal peach milkshake looks good.

Not too much to say, but it’s a Chick-fil-A in an amusement park. Limited menu, expensive prices, but the quality of the food and the service are top notch, exactly what you expect from a Chick-fil-A! Entrees are limited to classic sandwich, spicy sandwich, and friend nuggets (8 or 12). See pictures of menu for details and prices as of 6/16/25.

This restaurant is inside Hersheypark. The line gets crazy long so be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour on an average park day. This branch offers a very limited menu with no salads. Today was the first time I tried the Chick-fil-A sauce and I recommend it! It goes well with the chicken. It’s similar to honey mustard but even better! I paid 7.99 for a milkshake they forgot about and we had to wait even longer to get that. Otherwise the food was on par with other Chick-fil-As

For a chick fila it was mediocre and over priced compared to normal chick fila locations. I know they are associated with the park and the meals are expected to be higher in price compared to other locations, but when you have to pay $18 for chicken nuggets, crumbs instead of fries, and no refills, it’s not worth the $75 for a family of 3 kids and two adults for fast food.

Bad hospitality, extremely dirty had to wipe off where we sat, and there was hair on the nuggets. Don’t waste money here.

So I thought that Chick-Fil-a had a standard for happy and courteous employees. Literally every one I’ve been to, I’ve always been impressed… Until I visited this one. Employees helping customers talked very low and annoyed. No smiles, no energy. And I realized it was every single one of them. No “thank you” “it was a pleasure” “have a great day” or even a simple “hello” greeting. Just “next. What’s the name?”

This place gets zero stars!!! Food is way too expensive!! They are price gauging! They give no refills. That is crazy to me.. would definitely report them to better business bureau for price gauging just because they in the park. It don’t cost that much to make the same food they sell at other restaurants! What a joke!!

These high prices are disgrace to the Chick-fil-A standard and norm! I saw that get some better hours. Or move somewhere else.
