Writing as a delivery driver – the dining room was locked today (29Oct25) at 10:30 PM despite the fact that the operating hours door decal clearly states (see attached picture) that the dining room is open until midnight.
The time spent waiting through the drive through line made my order late and customer unhappy…not to mention that the extra time is uncompensated!
I asked an employee about it, but she was very rude…kept repeating over and over that the lobby closes at 10 PM…that’s just beautiful!
I really appreciate the restaurants that do an excellent job with delivery orders, and I’ve written many good reviews of them…but not this one!
It’ll be a minute (or year) before I accept another delivery order from this time-consuming and unpleasant location.

This mcdonald’s is absolutely the worst, just came in and ordered a Regualr Quarter Pounder & Bacon Quarter Pounder with cheese mayo and ketchup the regular one was fine until my boyfriend bit into the sandwich and it was still raw and uncooked.
The bacon one was fine except they didn’t put bacon on it which this is the 2nd time they’ve forgotten my bacon and i used to come to this mcdonald’s all the time used to work at this one aswell, i will NEVER EVER be returning to this mcdonald’s or any other mcdonald’s ever again. Please learn to do better with your staff picking and cooks and for the establishment itself yall better watch out before local customers get a food critic in there or worse report it to the city of food corrections and get yall shut down for GOOD and on top of all of that i can legally sue yall for giving me raw uncooked meat and lastly for the night manager please please PLEASS give that man a DAMN RAISE he deserves it and definitely doesn’t deserve the bullshit yall do on night shift and put him through with all these mess ups and complaints. Goodnight.

Just waited 30 minutes at the drive through. Drove up to the window to see lights off and no one there but online said open. I ordered online which was the only reason I was there and just wanted a refund at that point. 10 minutes after pulling up to the window I see 2 female one male employee coming walking into the kitchen setting off the motion sensor lights. I can only imagine what they were doing in that time. Made me disgusted that they touched my food

Has potential and obviously great location. But the wait times are horrible. Lived here for 11 years. Restaurant has good years and very bad years. Unfortunately these bad years are still dragging on. All comes back to Management. Seem to have plenty of employees more often than not. Just not motivated to move with a purpose. Unfortunate because they are the closest and only fast food on the block and they seem to act like they know you won’t ever go anywhere else. Also prices here are higher than others not far away. Please get better managers.

Why do you have an online order option you pre pay for and have a wait line around the entire building, then you get to the window to have your order made. I sat in the drive through waiting for my paid order. You need to shut off the online order capability and list something like ” high volume time expectations “.

The problem was not with the cashier at the drive-through. It was the person who handed the food. My order was not correct and she proceed to tell me that I asked for large sodas and fries and it’s only a $.60 difference and I pointed to the receipt and explain it’s not $.60 it’s $3.78. She was very rude and did not offer to resolve the issue. I do not know her name because she did not have a name tag. I know it’s fast food however even in fast food a person who has contact with customers needs to have good communication skills. I am not asking for great skills, but at least good.

They have very rude worker there. We order 40 pieces chicken nuggets, a happy meal and Big Mac meal. We realized while we shared food in the car that we only received 30 pieces nuggets. I walked back in the store to lets them know. The lady gave us very bad attitude by pushed the other 10 pieces right at me. Without any apologies she acted like I lied to her for extra 10 pieces nuggets. I couldn’t believe I got look down for tried to get what I paid for.

Arrived to pick up an uber eats order at 1:08am. Supposedly Google stated the restaurant was 24hrs, but they closed at 12am per their window. Employees visible inside and ignored me at the drive thru. I received updated information when I called.

The people don’t know how to be professional and act accordingly with guests. It seems like when a certain shift is working the food is always wrong coming out the drive thru and don’t order a doordash from there or you’re probably gonna have something missing in your bag. Its sad to be honest.

Generally the foods pretty normal for McDonald’s over here. But this time it was mediocre at best. I’m going to give the benefit of the doubt because it was dinner rush but when we received our food after a 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru our fries were pretty undercooked, and our drinks never came with straws. It may seems like small stuff but it adds up, especially after waiting pretty long. Like I said, it was dinner rush so I wouldn’t have been too mad at missing straws but come on… Undercooked fries?
