Just this morning 12/8/25, I’m just getting off work, gone run by pick up some breakfast and head in right, I go thru the drive thru, so the female wrung me up, forgot to give me my receipt so I tell the guy to please hand me my receipt, I leave and pull up in my drive spot finally looked at the receipt only to find out she rounded off my change to RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE!!! When and What time have we started stealing other people’s Money???????? I thought it was supposed to be my Choice or my say so or something!! I came to this McDonald’s expecting breakfast, and came to the drive thru, I pulled up and was told to hold, and waited for 3 minutes, and when 10:30 hit, the menu changed and no response, I immediately pulled off, will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, service is horrible and their food is mediocre. All I ordered was a happy meal and a double cheeseburger….soooo u mean to tell me ya’ll was too busy to give me a fresh burger, let alone to melt my cheese?! I gave this establishment chances time and time again but if its not bad service its bad food. I never leave Google reviews but this morning, AUGUST 26th 2025 was really disappointing. I only got two things, a chicken biscuit and hash brown. Of course they forget the hash brown but this isn’t the first time this exact mc Donald’s and those exact workers messed up my order. I’m not sure if it is because it’s a mobile order, but mc Donald’s encourages mobile orders. Anyways it’s a mess and I wouldn’t eat there again.

You are there waiting for your food at least 40 minutes to an hour even if it’s a simple Burger it is very loud always very crowded the people that work there are usually in the back joking around talking and ignoring you completely
