This McDonald’s and the one on tecumseh are tied for probably the best ones in the state. Food is always hot drinks never flat it’s always super fast and easy. Only complaint I have is I wish there drive through speaker just was a little bit louder other than that I go there 2-3 times a week for the past 8 months and I don’t think it’s ever been bad 1 time

Everything was fine with the food but the employees are very rude. I placed my order online… and my son picked it up and the employees were rude… the truth is they should be nicer to their customers… and respect everyone equally… my son heard the bad comments they made about him… very bad service… if there are no customers there is no work, they should think about that.

Honestly a 50/50 chance if it will be a decent eating experience. I’ve been there a handful of times and everything is alright: food is prepared alright, seating/atmosphere is good.
But almost always it’s staff that ruins the vibe. I went in with my husband, but happened to come in with my backpack instead of my purse. After I ate the main meal, I then ordered an additional drink and cookie, and was IMMEDIATELY told if I was going to leave soon, as there was no loitering allowed. Told them I was still actively ordering and eating with my husband.
Staff act like they do everything at gunpoint, and actively hate doing their job.

I’m rating this 1 star because I called this specific location looking for a certain toy for my son that they had on August 18th around 2:45 in the afternoon. The lady I talked to I explained how I didn’t want food I just want the toy she said this was fine I get to the location I go through the drive-thru and I’m told that I cannot just buy the toy and I have to buy a meal with the toy… I’ve been to multiple McDonald’s and you do not just have to buy the food with the toy you can just buy the toy… I’ve done this before in the past I don’t understand why this one’s different I’m not going to pay for food if my son isn’t hungry and he just wants a toy. Definitely not coming back to this location.
