I ordered of DoorDash. Where you spend $15+ and get a free item. The free item was the spicy chicken sandwich or the nuggets. I chose the nuggets. But when my food gets here I don’t have my fish sandwiches(2) nor my nuggets but I have two spicy chicken sandwiches and them things is horrible… the fish was for my mother and I wanted the nuggets. Just spent extra money on DoorDash for the whole wrong order. The food was cold. The only thing I got that was correct in my order was my drink and sweet and sour sauce for some nuggets that’s not even present. Bro if someone can tell me how I paid $20 something dollars on DoorDash for this.

This Establishment is Da Bomb bc it has Several Amazing Wonderful Dedicated Hard Working & Awesome Employees. Courtney’s Work Ethic will leave a Warm Feeling in Your Heart ❤️ Josh has a Demeanor about Him that Shines like a Star which Makes Him an Even Greater Manager. There are So many More Awesome Employees yet I don’t know their names. This McDonalds has a Vibe that You have to Experience for Yourself. You’ll Find Culture, Several Employees Working Extremely Hard along with Enjoying Themselves. Don’t Forget People’s this is Gary, Indiana where these Amazing People Face Grief, Misery & Torment just for saying Hello to Someone yet The Awesome Employees of this McDonald’s Love All ❤️

I’m getting really sick of these watered down drinks. I didn’t pay for water and I didn’t pay for ice if I’m ordering / paying for a drink I should be allowed to enjoy a drink that doesn’t taste like water with a splash of flavor, even if I say no ice. I’m paying enough to enjoy a full cup without limiting it with ice if that’s what I want.
This is not a one time visit that I’m referring to even the frappe are getting disappointing, the price has increased while the flavor has decreased.

Came through drive through, mind you it’s 9 something pm at night im waiting waiting and waiting same as other drivers and I’m not even at the order machine. I continue to wait, it’s probably like 9:30pm at this point right in finally at the order machine, no answer no nothing for 20+min I pull up to the register I see one guy working the till no problem, I pull up to the second window, why is there only two people working barley doing anything, I finally got my food after almost an hour wait

In the morning and afternoon this McDonald’s is decent and orders come out in a timely manner and are fresh but that late night shift is a joke. I’ve waited at the delivery window for an half an hour ringing the bell before realigning the order and leaving. Ridiculous

McDonald’s on fifth Avenue is the worst McDonald’s ever I asked for a medium coffee with four Splenda I had none I got my creamer. I asked for two sausage Mc griddles. I got a sausage biscuit and a sausage McMuffin the last girl that well both of the girls at the windows were awful. A cashier that told me they don’t have serve large sweet tea.
Tables that need cleaning and a manager that would not come talk to me after I requested to speak with her.
I told the cashier that I pay a ten cents surcharge and get a large sweet tea.
This store has in the past told me to go to the drive thru because the inside registers were closed.
With the last remodel they made improvements like a hook outside the restroom for the employees to hang the aprons they wear while in the bathroom. The other side of this is the emp
loyees that smoke cigarettes close to the door and sometimes just inside the restaurant between the outside door and lobby door.
They have such a big focus on door dash and the drive thru that the lobby is the forgotten zone.
