Food is good every time I come, even when a mistake is made they’re quick to rectify or reimburse. The only reason I give the atmosphere a 2 star is because, most of the time when I come in, the tables are not wiped and are sticky. Otherwise the food and service is good, me and my friends love coming in to sit and eat. Ken was very quick to make sure everything was up to standard, he came and checked on our table and was very kind at the counter when handing us our food. Would absolutely eat here again, thank you!

Gave me an extra fry for waiting ⭐️ also threw some bbq nuggets in there, that’s customer care at its finest! Not only that but the staff was friendly, polite and didn’t shy away from helping the customer (us) meet our needs. Out of the few Wendy’s in Richmond this specific store is

Food was awful. I was traveling and wanted a quick to go meal. My hamburger was cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Went back in to have it corrected and the new burger still was cold and the cheese not melted. Being on the road I didn’t have time for another request for a burger. Will NEVER visit another Wendy’s again. Very disappointed.

In the last month, I’ve ordered a mobile pick up on three separate occasions and on all three occasions I’ve been pulled to a parking spot to wait. What’s the convenience of order ahead if I’m still parked waiting 10 minutes after ordering the order 20 minutes in advance?

Wendy’s I was so looking forward to a bacon filled son of baconator like all the photos show. I barely got 2 slices. At least the food was hot and the lady at the window was nice. You dont have to be skimpy on the bacon tho next time.

Pretty bad on my order. Had way too much mayonnaise and I had ordered it with a lettuce bun which is not supposed to include either. I had ordered a salad and they could not even be bothered to put the lid on all the way. Gotta do better.

Breakfast this morning was a catastrophe. Ordered on the app before I even left the house and then proceeded to wait in a parking area for over 10 mins to then arrive at work late due to their ineptitude in preparing my order in a timely manner; only to find out it was the entirely wrong order. When brought to their attention we were scoffed at. So if you want to be late to where you’re going and get attitude when you express your order was wrong; then Wendy’s on Keeneland has you covered! Owner group should be outright embarrassed.

This Wendy’s was really great. They had good food and the older lady at the front counter was super friendly. She even convinced me to try the strawberry frosty. Now I know. It’s not as good as the chocolate one, but the mystery has been solved.
