Two of my chicken fingers were a little under cook . But the worst part was at the drive thru when the cashier (Veronica) had a very bad attitude when I had corrected her about my order. She assumed I wanted a 3 piece box when in fact I know I ordered a box combo!. When I had told her what I wanted she looked at me with disgust ,like I’m making her job hard. Im at Canes! where the food and service is great!!! , I know I’m not at McDonald’s, but her customer service sure! Made me feel like I was!.

Food was good as Cane’s usually is. HOWEVER the service leaves everything to be desired and they have the music turned up SO LOUD that you cannot have a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Also, the tea was out, ketchup wasn’t stocked either and when we asked for some, were treated like we asked for something way out of the ordinary. Just terrible customer service.

The breading isn’t on the chicken. The chicken with breading on them are falling off with me barely touching them, just doesn’t look appetizing. The fries didn’t taste fresh. My order wasn’t even correct. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I like the canes sauce and the toast.

The food is hot! They are keeping up with the long lines. Four cars in front of us and got the food quickly. Just a heads up family- a Caniac after tax is 16.05. Nothing negative just letting everyone know prices.

The people working there is very friendly and give an excellent service. The place is nice and clean the only thing i don’t like is the floor is really sticky but other than that everything looks pretty good and clean. The food is delicious, i love the food. This place is pretty busy and the parking lot is small and the line of the drive thru is long. So get early.

Food was ok….I almost ate all.lol The reason I would eat at this location again is my experience. Had this homeless woman in there. She looked very very bad. You could see people talking about her including myself. A employee that works there named MADDIE came up to me as I was sitting down and explained how she has been coming in there for about two years and etc. Made me think. Same on us for talking about her and not offering help. That home unless lady is a person herself. Reminds me of how blessed I’m. Thanks MADDIE. You helped me become a better person today. That’s what raising canes is about right. The community…one love

I travel across Texas & Louisiana weekly for my business, and this is the 3rd time I’ve stopped at this location. Each time just gets me hyped to return again. The BR locations have the best Cane’s- I’m guessing bc they are the OG’s. The strips are fresh and hot, crunchy and seasoned. The fries are plentiful, and the toast is perfectly buttery. The staff is friendly and the lines move quickly.This is byfar my FAVE location. Keep up the excellent job.
