It is a small diner with da friendliest waitress and very busy line cooks who do their best to serve up hot food and fast.

This is kind of a mixed review I came into the waffle house sat down and the waitress saw me and didn’t help me but attended to the white patrons she was also black but the white waitress came from the other side of the restaurant and served me and she was amazing I was disappointed that that happened I get it was a little busy but the lady literally stayed in the same place and only walked a few feet the food was great well seasoned and flavorful which actually surprised me I recommend coming here food is good but the service was ok except for the one lady who served me food also was reasonably priced

I live on the west coast now so everytime I’m in the south I make sure to visit a Waffle House. Not all are great but this one is. The waitress was pleasant, it was clean, there was no wait and our food came out hot and fresh. It’s been affordable for years and the food is just as good as I remember it. The meager even came over to check in to make sure everything was great. I was impressed by this visit. Make the stop, you’ll be pleased.

The waitress was rude. Brought my husband’s pork chops then we waited over 10 min for his food and my son’s. She forgot to put mine in. When I got it the omelet was hot but hashbrowns and toast were ice cold. We recieved no explanations or apology. Its the second time service was bad.

Got my order wrong twice and then cook gets mad when I want it remade again because it got cold quickly due to it’s freezing in there. The cook with the long dreads wanna throw plates after the fact to make a point making loud noises instead just remaking my order if he’d listened right the first time. Man child.

I feel they need to shut this Waffle House down. There’s so many issues here. Not all the server are bad but there’s a few that needs fixing. The cooks needs to be retrained.
My husband and I stopped in on 10-11 for breakfast on way to Valdosta. We ordered the easiest thing, eggs, and waffle. It took forever to get our meals, but people after us got theirs.
The server we had she acted like she wanted to argue when I made it known this was crazy.
We got our eggs but my husbands waffle separated when trying to eat it, just came apart.
I doubt if we will EVER go back.

My husband and I went on a road trip from Broward county Florida and were heading north. Along the way we decided to stay in Cordell Georgia. We thought we would go to the local waffle house just to get a cup of coffee and unwind a little bit. It was around 4:30 PM in the afternoon the date was October 8 2025. We were the only two people in the restaurant the floor was filthy, the only waitress/cook. I was reading something. We waited about three or four minutes and when she came to our table it what do you have? I ask her if she could wipe the table off because it was sticky, and you could see the watermarks on the table, it was nasty. They obviously washed that table with a dirty rag. She informed me that table she had just wiped it off and I said well it’s still sticky. Could you wipe it with a clean cloth please? She roll her eyes and I said you know forget about it. Don’t worry about it. We’re not staying but I will block you. This woman was maybe fortyish between 40 and 50 years old, a reddish hair, white woman, and lazy don’t go here for anything. I have always been a fan of Waffle House… But just not this one

Let me start by saying I have been eating Waffle House for 35 years and I have never had a bad experience. Tonight in Cordele Georgia that all changed. I don’t even know where to begin but the service was terrible the food was no good and hardly cooked and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. The coffee was burnt and the shorter to cook was walking around eating behind the counter while he was operating the grill. Had I had any other option for food besides the gas station at 3:30 in the morning I would have gone elsewhere. I would avoid this Waffle House at all costs.
