I had such a great experience at Bob Evans today. Our server, Jamilla, was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out hot and fresh, and you could really tell it was made with care. Jamilla went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her positive attitude made the meal even better. The restaurant was clean, cozy, and had that warm, family-style atmosphere Bob Evans is known for. I’ll definitely be coming back—thank you, Jamilla, for the amazing service!

Needed a quick breakfast and stopped by only to have a great experience with quick, personable service. Our food came out fast, but the best part of the experience was our waitress, Jamila (sorry if this is spelled wrong). She was quick, funny, hospitable, and kind. She somehow remembered my parents like teas to-go at the end of our meal, and without us asking, she brought them each one. I haven’t been to Bob Evans in years, but would gladly go back!

For the first time in a long time, I decided to have my Thanksgiving dinner made by someone else. I’m so glad that I chose Bob Evans! The meat was moist and good tasting, the side dishes were good, and I just finished the pumpkin pie the other night! Tasted homemade. I love almost an hour away, in Virginia, but if I want/need to do this again, I’ll be back to the Frederick Bob Evans. Very important, on the day before a holiday, those employees were very nice, kind, smiling and helpful.

I remember the food being better than what we got this visit. Perhaps I was just not really able to enjoy it because we have not been to a Bob Evans restaurant in quite a while and my memory was off. I didn’t think they had maple bacon, which is my least favorite.

We are new to Frederick MD and have dined at Bob Evans a few times and has always been a very good experiences. The food is great, nice selections and at reasonable prices. Jamilla is a great server. We always feel welcome when we arrive. She greets us as a friend, our orders come out correctly and she is very attentive service. We have been and we will continue to be regular customers here. Very long wait for food, ordered cup of soup and half sandwich. Ordered the biscuits with icing and cinnamon, sugar were cold. Maybe if waitress would have kept us updated on order would have been nice. Other customers were waiting on biscuits. Never offered more coffee.

Really solid breakfast option with Bob Evans on 40. I’d say it exceeded my expectations. The service from Sophia was good, I’d say my food was a bit bland, lacking flavors, but my kids loved the pancakes and said it’s better than IHOP pancakes, which I love.

All around terrible experience. Walk in and hear another table talking about a 30 minute wait between drinks and food. Should have been our sign to leave. Sit at the table and waited 45 minutes to get the food. While we wait we watched one table get up and leave after 20-30 minutes due to no one ever coming to take their order. Get the food with no apologies for the extended time. Potatoes undercooked. Butter has gone sour. Sausage tasted like rotten meat. Tell the waitress and she does not apologize just said is the sausage bad or just burnt and said she would talk with her manager. Wait another 30 minutes to get the check. Go to the front and the manager says “I took one of the meals off your check for you”. Still no apology. Save time and money and go somewhere else.

Had a western omelet, hash browns, and biscuits. Everything was fresh and delicious. I am very happy that they serve breakfast all the time. The server was very friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices. Clean restaurant with plenty of tables and booths. There are plenty of parking lot spaces. Convenient location right off of route 40 and easy access from interstate 70.
