I had one item in my order with steak in it. They were out of steak so they refused to make my entire $25 order. Because it was mobile in store pickup it was already marked ready so I couldn’t cancel the order. Customer service doesn’t do refunds either. Just insane to tell someone they can’t make the order and just walk away offering zero solution whatsoever.

Every time I come here the staff gives me a hard time about my order. If it’s on your menu, just prepare it. This last time, I ordered 6 chalupas. They handed me a bag of chalupas but the shells had obviously not been fried. Chalupas are expensive. And they are delicious when prepared properly. I just don’t understand what the Taco Bell employees’ problem is. Is doing your job really so bad? I’m willing to pay and I’m willing to wait but I expect properly prepared food in return.

Customer service is abysmal. Didny have half the food I tried to order because of their fryer. Food was cold and they didnt give my credit card back. I dont live there and they refuse to mail it back to me despite me describing it completely. I guess im supposed to make a special trip back to Minot just to get my card back that they withheld.

I love Taco Bell. I love the food. Customer service at every location could always use some work, but that’s typical of any fast food place. But Minot needs another location. I went for a small meal after a day hanging with friends. Placed my order online and went to jump in the drive through line. The line was out to the road, but I joined anyways. I barely notice 20 minutes pass by as I’m listening to some good music, but I’ve only moved up 3 spots. There were still 6 cars in front of me before I even reach the spot to tell the employee I’m here to pick up an online order. I can only imagine how the 4 additional cars behind me were feeling. I get it’s busy, but this is ridiculous.
Please open another location in Minot.

I ordered ahead, and I waited 15 minutes at the drive-through menu Because they were “waiting on fries” Then waited another 10 minutes around the corner at the side door for my food. I got a medium size drink instead of a large, The fries were completely cold even though “they were waiting on fries” and so was the rest of my food. Not to mention, all of my stuff was just thrown into the bag, Chips and fries completely dumped out on the bottom of them bag. And honestly, I sat there so long that I didn’t want or feel like asking them to fix any of the shit they messed up. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I still have to sit there for 2530 minutes?? You guys suck.

The man that helped seemed irritated, and half of our food was completely dumped in the bag when we received it. Bad customer service. There was also nobody else in line, so it wasn’t an issue of being busy.

Worst Taco Bell ever. I drive through ordered a Cantina chicken bowl. Chicken was so dry and the rice was not chewable. Hard as Rocks. I feel like these food was sitting in the containers forever.
The person who took my order was not friendly. He also didn’t give utensils. I am so lucky that my car had extra utensils. I will never go back to the place.

This is the worst place to get food. Customers service was the worst I have probably experienced in my life. Workers just be chatting in the kitchen and expect you to ask the status of your orders before they even start preparing the food. One guy literally gave me cups to fill my drinks and told me the food will be ready in 4 mins. Don’t forget, this dude didn’t even check in the order, so I was basically waiting for 45 mins and nothing was done. I had to reach out to a different cashier before the order was checked in. It’s terrible and moreover, hygiene isn’t common word around there.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The customer service was very poor, especially from the girl working the drive-thru. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and had a bad attitude. Her hair was also not well kept. On top of that, we were told we couldn’t place a separate order and were told to get back in the long drive-thru line just to order again. The food itself was decent, but the service completely ruined the experience.

I ordered from doordash an hour before closing and when my dasher got there they told her they were going to refuse to make my entire order (about 5/6 items) because they were out of one of the items. Basically they just were being lazy and didn’t want to do there jobs so they pulled a whiny excuse. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
