We ordered some chicken wings and cheeseburger for dinner. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, which was no big deal. The french fries came out cold and chicken wings wasn’t fully cooked. Chicken wings tasted like it was boiled in water then flashed fried real quick. Not impressed for our first visit.

I got an invite when my friend Bryan Knowles played live music there a few years ago. I loved it and the good vibes make it a cool place to hang out. The food is great, great drinks and I love the live music. It’s also a cool place to hang out if you like sports. They have a huge screen and we always have a wonderful time. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Food here was very good I ordered the taco pizza with no lettuce or jalapenos. Very flavorful and cheesy. Hubby got the Texas club sandwich and it was loaded with meat. Service was fast and super friendly.

Love pretty much everything about this place. Friendly staff, nice seating options, karaoke on Fridays, and cold drinks. I can’t say much about the food bc we only had fried pickles (which we sent back bc they were crispy crittered). And mozzarella sticks which had been overcooked as well n were basically hollow. It was late night menu but still…otherwise, no complaints!

Best restaurant by far, anywhere near this restaurant-rich area of Derby, Kansas!
We eat meals out OFTEN. We ask each other, “Where do you want to go today?” We just keep coming back to Madrocks! Food is genuinely awesome for impressively low prices for this quality! I challenge you to try the Yoder Pork Chop dinner and try to find anything of that quality anywhere else for twice the price! Likewise their fish and chips, catfish dinner, onion rings, wings, burgers … exceptional.
As for the service… I’ve never heard them say, “no, we can’t do that” and they are friendly, fun, and enjoy getting to know their patrons.
Atmosphere is top notch! Families, groups, babies, pool table players, business execs, young and old, awesome people.
We LOVE this place! And servers Elle, Sarah, and all the others here are top notch! (Especially Elle and Sarah. )
Try it … you’ll be back often!

Derby’s gem! We love MadRocks and visit often. The burgers are phenomenal, add crispy onion straws… game changer! Moscow mules come in a bigger mug than you typically see at a bar, well worth the price. Chicken strips are always delicious, but we went with fish and chips tonight. Go enjoy MadRocks!

The staff is friendly and the food is alright. Nothing too exceptional, but a good atmosphere. They’ve got local newspapers and catalogs in the entryway, which is a nice way to catch up on what’s happening in the community, and something I really appreciate. Overall we enjoyed our experience here and I recommend checking it out. I will add that they do have great quality meat, which they source locally from Yoder Meats. It’s so delicious .
A side note, I must add, don’t get the nachos. They were very strange and not so great.

Food is good. I usually order from kids menu , hamburger. They will not let adults order from kids menu anymore. So I will no longer be going there. I really don’t understand the reasoning of this new rule.
