This was literally the most delicious McDonald’s I have ever had, and that’s saying a lot because I’ve eaten at McDonald’s my entire life. The nuggets were crisped to perfection and the fries were perfectly crisped and flavored! The holiday pies were also so good! 11/10! I think about this meal quite regularly, that’s how good it was!

I don’t know why but every McDonald’s thinks xtra means taking everything else off the sandwich. This is the fourth time it’s happened. I would recommend eating somewhere else. Unfortunately for me I work nights so this place is the only place opened. From now on I’ll just make it to Burger King or get gas station food. Please do better.

A busy Mcdonalds in Monmouth. They have updated the interior. The front counter is smaller to accommodate the new touch screen ordering systems. Fast service, well staffed. Well kept and clean. Snack wrap was made a little sloppy, but the rest of the order was fine. Lots of parking. Enough room behind the restaurant to manuever trucks and trailers/campers. Drive through is usually busy. Handicapped parking available. Clean restrooms for a quick stop.

I can to order food for my little brother who wanted the 5 dollar meal deal and this is what I got. This is completely unacceptable and honestly the worst quality food I’ve ever seen from fast food. When I come to this establishment I like to think I’m going to get swiftly produced food that’s actually cooked and not raw.

They charged me for an additional medium frape. I asked for refund on the one I didn’t want and tried to hand back the drink, and he just says “sorry, enjoy”

The food is pretty good, although the service could do better. Sometimes you have to wait up to 5 minutes to get someone to take your order. It’s faster to just use the terminal (which doesn’t take cash).
The atmosphere is bleak, and quiet like a library. There’s no art on the walls. No people in the booths. It’s depressing and unwelcoming.
Often I find that it would’ve been better if they kept the self-service fountains. You can’t get a drink while you wait anymore and you have to ask someone for a refill (which, as mentioned earlier could take up to 5 minutes, due to the lack of service). As a side note I don’t get why they got rid of $1 drinks any size. Guess that wouldn’t make as much money. I think the interior atmosphere could be greatly enhanced if they just added a few simple pictures on the walls. It wouldn’t take away from the modern design, but would add a much needed pop of color.

Not a huge fan of fast food to be honest, but you have room for my truck, and a 53′ trailer so I’ll happily buy a meal as a way to say thanks. (Not to mention, I won’t make a mess like some other drivers have a habit of doing)
