Always a phenomenal experience! Lunch is a little different than dinner service but very easy to navigate. Great selection and the staff all greet you in Japanese. They have very cool little kitschy things scattered around the whole restaurant that ypu can purchase. They have enough of a variety that pretty much anyone can find something. Also, you have to try the calamari, its sooooo good! And they don’t balk at modifications which is amazing! We come here often and will absolutely continue to do so!

So amazing. Love the spicy vegan ramen. They are always nice enough to put the spice on the side so I can choose how spicy to make it. The tofu is wonderful. Can’t get enough of this place! Love that they offer alcoholic beverages too. I have been 4 or 5 times now it’s always delicious. I recommend ordering extra broth to go to get more out of your left overs.

We attended a recent pop-up event at KC Craft Ramen and were very pleased with the experience. It was more than just a meal! It was an experience from the minute we walked in the front door! Customers are greeted loudly and cheerfully by the entire staff. Every one of the wait staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was phenomenal. The goodies store in the front of the shop is fascinating. I could have spent an hour in there! We even met the chef who was on the floor making sure every one was happy with their food. And as we left the staff again thanked us and welcomed us back soon. What a fun and delicious meal. We can’t wait to go back again.

Once you arrive, there may still be people waiting depending on the time of day. Guests are asked to wait outside, which helps keep the entry clear. When your table is ready, make your way through the crowd and let the host know, otherwise they may seat others who step up first.
The food absolutely delivers. Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, and satisfying. The appetizers were solid, and the ramen hit exactly how it should. Great flavors, done right. The atmosphere is unique and adds to the experience.

It is beautiful inside. And very busy! You can tell that there is so much love and care poured into the food just from watching other customers eat.
The bun was so crispy and absolutely delicious.
The takoyaki Was also very good. You can tell the octopus they put inside is very fresh!
I got the KC red with extra pepper paste and oh my goodness was it spicy! But it was such a good spice. I will definitely be back!

This place was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I are from Omaha and we saw it on the maps and had to try it out. I am a ramen lover and this place exceeded expectations!! I ordered the black garlic ramen and he ordered the creamy chicken ramen. We also ordered gyoza and the KC buns. Everything was wonderful, you have to try it out!!

We tried this place today and were impressed. The service was quick and we were able to easily find seating despite the line. The aisle when you walk in has a lot of different goodies to entice you while you wait. We had the handmade pork gyozo (the presentation wasn’t great but they tasted good), spicy edemame, KC Red and Black Pepper chicken (very crispy!).

I was expecting a larger variety on the menu but thats ok. I had the Spicy Creamy Chicken(no onions or mushrooms). It was so good. You get a bottle of water. – Super thankful for that. He had the KC Black and an order of handmade gyoza. The KC Black was good but I preferred mine. I think the spice gave it a lot more of the flavor I needed. Im not big on pork so I didn’t care too much for the gyoza. I would come back. I also love how they have all the snack and drinks on the way to check in. You get everything, sit down and pay right there. This way you can just eat, chill and leave.

Finally got to try KC craft after a long time. Service and atmosphere were great! I had really high expectations due to its popularity but while it was delicious, their ramen is VERY oily. It was oily to the point where I had a hard time finishing it and I am one who typically clears my bowl. It is still worth the try! But if you’re not a big fan of oily broths, this might not be your cup of tea.
