Hopefully this is a one-off. My wife and I stopped in and I got a sandwich and fries My wife got fries and a peach cobbler roll to try. They said that there was going to be a wait on the peach cobbler roll so we pulled forward. About 5 minutes and the lady came out and handed us our bag said have a good day We thanked her I handed the bag to my wife and started to drive away. My wife stopped me said there was two fries and a sandwich and that was it. I went inside and they said that they were still waiting on the peach cobbler roll and that they take 5 minutes. When I got to peach cobbler roll I had this tiny wonton looking thing that was barely warm after waiting all this time.
Just a bad experience No I’m sorrys No thank yous just a here’s your stuff hit the road type of attitude.

Great food, service was good We ate inside. Had the new turkey sandwich, jalapeño poppers, and a turkey wrap, all very good. 52 degrees and rainy outside, so it was nice to sit by the fireplace.

My boyfriend and I took our kids out to eat here and had ordered many melts, fries, and Mac n cheese.
The Mac and cheese, however, had a large peice of plastic in it. A glove chunk? Maybe some sort of bag torn off? I don’t know.
What i do know is we are both greatful our kids didn’t eat this and my boyfriend was the one to pull it from his mouth.
He did call, but all the manager had said was sorry you can get another one. I get that, appreciate the gesture, but we may not get it again.
I just hope the rest of the Mac n cheese was safe for others to have eaten.

There was no line when I came in. The register person acted like the place was packed and needed to get through people as fast as possible. My Big Beef and Chedder had about half the meat as the Traverse City location. The soda machine area was messy and needed stocked. There were messy tables and random trash on the floor. Again place was NOT busy. Curly fries were cold and about half an order.

Great Arby’s. We visit her often from out of town. This is our favorite Arby’s in northern Michigan. Good atmosphere and wonderful staff. The food is well-prepared.

The staff there was really nice, and all of the employees actually seemed happy to be there. This is incredibly rare these days, and it was so nice. Made me think of days gone by. If the owner or manager is reading this, your Sunday July 27 afternoon shift was really nice and be sure to thank them for their good work.

Always amazing food at Arby’s. Chicken Sandwich is the go to for us everytime. Unlike my previous Arby’s location I visited, this one actually tastes good and fresh. Definitely one of the preferred goto place for a drive thru when travelling.

Restrooms and dining area very clean. Welcomed with a Hello, but due to another customer and her issues with some employees I had a bad experience. They do not serve coffee here. I also ordered a salad to take home and eat later. I found a fly in it. I called to let them know about it and got laughed at by the employee that answered the phone. I had a very uncomfortable and unsatisfying experience here. I will not be going back anytime soon.
