Someone mentioned how the drive thru and the AI messed up their order. I’m not a fan of this AI either. The food was good, but my biggest issue not receiving a bag (only the box) without any napkins. No napkins while in drive-thru? C’mon now…

Every time I visit the East Coast, a trip to Bojangles is a must! This particular location exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, the service was impressively fast, and the staff was patient and attentive throughout our visit. The food was outstanding—especially the Bo-Tato Rounds, which were perfectly seasoned and bursting with flavor. I highly recommend this spot, especially to anyone visiting from the West Coast looking to experience a taste of Southern comfort food done right.

Amazing as always. The breakfast biscuits and the chicken are both the best I’ve ever had. By far the best chicken sandwich. I can throw the sandwich in the fridge for a day and it’s still juicy and crispy.

I love bojangles but the Pooler location needs to get it together. They are rude and unprofessional and lazy. The ordering is horrible it gets your orders wrong and they don’t care. As long as they get your money they are happy. I will not be back to this location. Biscuits were hard and just thrown together. Took my name down for a previous order mishap but conveniently could not find it so I’m out of money and product. The pregnant lady is one of the rudest worker there.

Both wing dinners were missing a side and one of sides was incorrect. This was before leaving the drive thru. So he told us we had to give the fries back in order to get the one correct side and never gave us the second side. We never got the second drink and the pintos were way too thick.

If you have to pull up every single customer that’s a problem. If I have to wait over 20 mins for a basic item that should be readily available that’s a problem. Need to work on pace quality is good. Come to the window need to be greeted, period. People choose to spend there hard earned money here. Just because of the wait time this place sucks.

I’m not sure who was the boy that was working on 10/23/25 at around 6. Very rude. When I received my order I accidentally thought I was missing an item. I asked him about it he said it was in there so I checked again and it was, okay that’s fine but I then noticed my coslaw was missing, I asked where they out of it, he looked at me and with a sarcastic tone said yes I said okay I’m missing it he then proceeded to chuck the fries they had given us into the trash and had an attitude the whole time. There were no cars and it wasn’t busy so maybe get the order right the first time and there wouldn’t be an issue and if you don’t like your job well then quit. No reason to have a pissy attitude towards customers
