Stopped there for a quick pick up for dinner since I received a free entree when chipotle was giving back to medical professionals which I appreciate. The coupon was an e gift card and they seemed to struggle with it but figured it out or just trusted me and gave me the burrito. I tried the new chicken honey which was a little spicy but outstanding. I would recommend it again. Service was quick and good. Plenty of seating. I will be back!

Something I wanna highlight is, Maria the lady sweeping and cleaning tables was AMAZING!!! She was out hustling anyone in there and she deserves every dollar she’s paid!!! She was also sooo friendly and happy! I’d come here just to be around Maria, she’s awesome!!

this used to be my chipotle I would come to from high school when I went to Centennial. That was about 10 years ago now. It feels like every time I’m in there nowadays it’s always horribly filthy with smudged rice everywhere and different proteins and rice and things mixed in and mashed with each other. I get it. It’s allergy season. But the lady who scooped my food tonight started coughing really bad and proceeded to tell me it was because of blood clots in her lungs. Needless to say. It didn’t exactly leave me feeling super stoked to eat my food or all that hungry. I’m going to try to eat this considering I spent 20 bucks on it but here’s to praying my reliable high school spot won’t give me the black lung.

This location is not up to par for the Chipotle brand. The food often appears dry and unappealing. Be prepared if you ask for “more” of anything you will be charged extra. The last few times we noticed there was no line at 6PM which is odd. The Hispanic manager is condescending, rude, and in serious need of customer service training. Terrible attitude and not willing to correct any issue with your food or order. There are much better food options in Cool Springs, and we will not be returning again.

I went to get two bowls for my daughter and I. The worker there gave my daughter a reasonable scoop although it was still a small amount and then I got about 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Although the serving size was ridiculously small what got me was the disgusting customer service. The workers were so rude I couldnt even stay and eat there because I just wanted to leave.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been too! Almost left the line because the scoops she gave were a joke. Then my chips were all burnt and broken. And they’re purposefully playing music that sounds like it’s skipping some people will leave faster (it was every song). What a horrible location!!! I’ll never be back. Go a anywhere else.

Zero stars for the new location in Cool Springs TN. Smallest serving sizes I’ve ever seen at a Chipotle and the flavor profile was off on everything. Sad that this brand new location is so bad. I’m about done with Chipotles over priced rice and bean bowls with almost no protein. Service was chaotic at best.

The food is always decent. The issues with this location are the cleanliness and the staff. They need someone to clean tables and floors cause it’s always a disaster and no one comes and cleans. Therefore there’s always food and trash all over the tables and floors. The counter staff all seem like they hate being there and they aren’t overly friendly to customers.

Went to get some late night classic corporate dinner after a long day work. Was expecting to receive some pretty bad service especially around the night time but Carlos changed that perspective for me. He said hi to me and my coworker in the most welcoming way. Then got us our food in the most exceptional way possible he was so kind hearted and has such a sweet charm. Then he went out of his way to make our night after the store manager treated my coworker and served her the most smallest portions possible that even a starving kid would still be hungry. Carlos should be promoted to the highest possible Role because he truly deserves. Chipotle should really reward workers like him!

We ordered a bowl which had hard rice in it and went to the counter to make them aware. The cashier had no idea what in the world I was saying. No wonder people are getting fed up with people are coming here that can’t speak English and you’re the jerk if you bring that up.
